SlicePay - Pay over time

Excellent app,very smooth payments,and credit card application is processed very quickly. Edit: well I saw some reviews mentioning extra charges after 3 months slice bill. Well, that is to be expected, they are not running a charity here and they also need to make profits. So, spend only that much that you can pay back in time and if a bit of extra charges won't hurt you, then you can also go for the >3 months slice bill, but don't make it a habit.

It was great experience with slice credit card. But my only concern is to develop the limit setting way as I had found that my friends with lesser credit limit than me are getting higher limits now. Whereas early users of this app like me are still stuck with much lesser credit limit even after giving proper job ID card and all other details. And also you need to have a provision to re-evaluate the credit limit from time to time.

It's been an amazing experience with Slice till now. Really helpful app for a student like me. Thank you slice. Edit : It was a great app until it has the 3 months emi feature but as soon as they got the audience. They started charging for slicing the bill over 2 or more months. It's a kind to trap..

They were giving us a 3 month free installment time, now they removed it from june. Multiple changes made in the slice card which makes it better to switch to normal cr cards instead of credit line. Slice keeps on updating their application & it becomes so irritating that some times it shows the total due amount & sometimes it only shows the payable installment amount from previous month . Getting worse & a motivation to switch

The app is great. From UI to customer support and crediting money everything is fine. But one thing I would like to bring to your notice that while referring slice both users were getting 300rs, you reduced the amount from 300 to 200 and voila! now reduced it to zero. Your app benefited greatly from Refer and Earn. I don't think it was much needed. Hope se that you'll bring back that stuff.

Repayment interface is very bad. I have tried to repay my dues by clicking pay early option but after paying the Money it is constantly showing payment pending and when I try to contact their customer service via mail and call no responses are coming from them. I waited in line for them to receive my call but after 20mibs they cut my call, and there has been no reply to my mail as well. Payment structure is hassle-free but when it comes to repayment their interface stuck. Overall bad experience

I am using Slice for more than 8 months and now all of the sudden without any information they have ended the 3 Month bill slice option for 0% interest. Now, you have to pay the interest if choose to pay your bill in 3 parts. And still they are showing that you can pay your bill in 3 parts without any charges 😂😂😂😂😂

No option to slice bill over 3 months anymore. No scratch cards for paying early or on time. Good UI can't hide the fact that this card isn't worth anything without these features. 1% cashback is standard across cards, the slicing of the bill is literally what you guys are named after, removing that makes you equivalent to any other average credit card.

Yeah! I don't believe first. But when I installed the app I saw the app give many loans to students without any interest and more credits. I hope that this is a very useful app for students that may be useful in difficult situations.we can choose our plan to pay money. So try it once ....

Everything is great using slice card and had great experience and found very useful however one disappointment which is account hold. My bills were paid on time and maintained it in way I should but still went on hold and could not use it when i had an emergency. Anyway the support staff removed the hold after a minimal time period which is good. Rest all good to go and happy with services.

They have an option to add tags in transactions but they didn't even bothered to check if it works or not. Literary that feature is useless for me since I can't use it. I'm giving them 3 stars just because if this reason. There service is great keep improving.

Worst customer support. One month back I applied for credit card through slice app, instantly they approved card and provided virtual card. From that point to till now I didn't received physical card. I sent several mails to customer care, for the first mail they replied as we are working on your issue, after that they didn't give any reply and and not solved my issue. I asked them to credit card closing for that one also they didn't replied. If they gave any reply I can move on to next step.

The app won't let me login using my registered Google account. After I select the account, it asks for the pin. When I enter the pin, it goes back to the account selection page. This is happening after the latest update. How am i supposed to pay my bill now? Do you have a website where I can go pay? Terrible experience - you are not a social media app. Such issues are unacceptable when it comes to matters of money. Fix it ASAP guys!

The on-boarding process is just simple and quick. Card will arrive in just 3-4 days. The great thing is you can slice your bill in 3 months which is awesome. Please improve the customer support. Overall it's a great one

They change the policy and only when you call them with a grievance, then you come to know that it's no longer zero cost emi upon 3 months splitting the bill. Very poor service. Couldn't rate it below 1 star. If I had that option I would rate them negative.

Hii sir..I have applied for card and I withdrawn money but in kyc it's showing transaction failed but in slice account it's showing transaction completed it's been almost 6 days since I have got this issue and yet pending with no response.and I hope this would be taken as a complient and would be solved as soon as possible. thank you It's Nice and good app

Very poor customer service. I was charged twice my bill than the original value, and I had raised the ticket on the same day, that is 1st of May. And till now no response from the customer support. Pathetic experience. Ok now problem explained and resolved. Thank you

I downloaded the app because it was advertised to let you slice your bill into 3 interest free EMIs, and now Apparently from June 2022, even 3 month EMIs are not going to be interest free! Given the May Bill interest is being returned, but that can only be used for early repayments or on the card itself and not else where. Why the sudden change in policies and take a drastic turn from what brought you customers in the first place! NOT COOL!

App is pretty convenient when it comes to online or offline payments, and as it's claims, the transactions are fast. Although, they promise rewards in terms of monies, I am yet to figure out a way to claim or utilise the rewards. Hence, deducted a star for that.

Clean UI. Really love the interface. Would really appreciate if there is an option to get detailed statement for each month with a functionality to download them through the app.

Tried paying early. Payment failing every time. I have faced bill payment related bugs before, sent a video to developers. It was fixed long back and this issue is back. I'm afraid some day this credit card will end up hurting my credit score because their payment screen fails too often.

It's a credit card challenge but now we are not able to add money in our Paytm wallet but with credit card we can do it any time as same if u r making the payment on time or before the time then slice will decrease your limit not going to.inceease these are the new policys of slice now it's only a simple card which can be use only for shopping online that's it so if u guys are thinking it's a credit card t Challenge then u r worng it's just a loan for shopping very bad experience with slice

This thing works fine. Just fine... but lacks the UX appeal. Just another card in my wallet with a just okay app. Btw, it did not work at a jewellery store when making a high value purchase and I had to pull out my AMEX. I need the ability to customise my card, it's very boring now. I want a mechanism to instantly chat with someone if something does not work, the monies you give resets to zero and we start from basic tier again. it sud rather be based on a annual status revalidated every year.

I have been using slice card for a while now and even have referred it to my friends. It provides great offers. Only thing that slice team can provide is adding dark/black mode feature in the app.

I have been using this app for last 4 months and need to say to its working out great. I'm getting 3 months of interest free period, so no extra charges. The only con that I'm facing is it doesn't support recurring payment option meaning you can subscribe to any platform where auto charge happens.

The 'challenger' component of this app was it's free 3 month installment feature which is now gone. It's no longer a good option over traditional credit cards which provide 45-50 day return period. All that is left is a shiny app with minimal cashback (2 percent thing doesn't exist).

From the new update it looks like slice does not let you convert your bill into 3 interst free emi's. Edit: there is nothing to email about, my comment is pretty clear, slice have started charging interest for 2 & 3 month emi's. Hopefully I'll deactivate my account after clearing this month's bill

Very commercial app and high intrest rates compared to other credit cards and also we cannot use this card in many of the app s such as Paytm, phone pe, etc to pay the bills or etc I don't know what this card is meant for.but intrest is very high and also they go on continuously sents the mail and msgs to clear the due amount but they don't provide proper services and does not work in many of the apps such as Paytm,phonepe and I wrote many mails regarding this Paytm issue but no proper response.

The credit limit is floating. They will change according to their internal policies at any point of time irrespective you pay the bills ontime. This is not the case with other good credit cards in the market(HDFC,KOTAK,SBI..etc). To survive in market they should come up with a credit limit locking mechanism otherwise it's not recommended to use it.
