Slidejoy - Lock Screen Cash

At first happy with the PayPal option and after finding out it was no longer used I tried to redeem for other options offered by the app for redeeming my points. I've tried to redeem for 3 options and I've been told that it's been confirmed, but no points have been subtracted from my account and I haven't recieved any of the selected items. If fixed I will give more stars. Now it won't even open the app.

I've had this app for about 3 years now. The first year it worked great, the second year it changed the conversion amount (1000 Carats for 1 dollar instead of 100 for 1 dollar), along with getting rid of some redemption options, and now the third year I am unable to redeem my carats and am unable to contact anybody to get this fixed. Very disappointed to see this app go downhill over the years.

Been using slidejoy for a long time, sad that it coming to an end for out of US customers. But if it wasnt for this, I wouldnt have found out how horrible a customer service team is. Written in more than 2 times about points that just "expired" when iv been saving up for over a year. Over 36,000 points gone, and with the closing of the app for all countries except for the USA, I wont be able to redeem anything. I got taken. Edit: 05/21 - Multiple emails, no response. Past redemption period.

I've used the app for years, but recently they removed the ability to pay out with Paypal and it isn't what it used to be. The app used to offer the ability to complete surveys from the app itself. Now it allows you to do them from the home screen only.... sounds like a plus, but it really isn't. If your phone times out or the survey requires you to close out of the app to enter another screen, say goodbye to the money you were hoping for! Its been months since they've had issues with Paypal, it should've been solved by now. Along with those other issues, I would not recommend this app anymore

The only app of its type to actually be worth the install. It is very unintrusive and actually saved me money. I have had this app installed for almost a year now and barely even noticed it. They have a wide selection of gift cards and other things to chose from and if you don't see what you want you can always send it to your PayPal. In total this app has saved me around $14 CAD on Amazon with no work on my part. There were even a few times where the ad on the screen was actually interesting.

I've used this app for years with no issues, but have found recently that there are simply too many ads that are widely inappropriate or are clearly scams. I've tried reporting them, but to no avail. Frankly, I am not comfortable with having these things displayed on my lock screen, so I have decided to remove the app until Slidejoy fixes this problem. Three stars though because the Amazon gift cards do work, and I do appreciate that.

Makes it so that I have to slide twice in order to open my phone which is annoying. I'd put up with it for a small reward but it takes forever to actually earn anything. I finally earned enough for a $2 amazon gift card and then it wouldn't even work when I hit redeem in the app to have it sent to my email. After months of annoying ads, I have earned nothing. I do not reccomend.

Getting better. It was decent, then got really bad, and now it's finally getting better. I went from earning $5 each month, to $1, but now it's going back up. They added new ads to click and earn more money, yet it works on my Note 10+ but not my Note 8. My Note 8 isn't running the latest version of Android, but few devices are. In fact, my Note 10+ was just recently updated but worked fine even before it was, so that's not the issue. Not sure why, but Slidejoy just doesn't work on older devices

there are 2 types of bad apps, ones that do harm to your system and files and others maliciously waste your time. I installed this around the beginning and built up enough credits to be significant. and then I find they're gone with zero notice or indication of issues today through the reviews. this app wasted my time over the years and two devices. one star is actually too high of a rating.

This app at one time was really cool and easy to do. Now it comes up network error and won't let you in. I always stayed logged in so it's easier when I went into the app. There was NO INFORMATION given regarding the closing of the app. Therefore, I've lost over $90 that I had accumulated.

It's great for passively making money. BUT when you finally gave enough to withdraw, you can't. The tab that is supposed give you choices of how to get your money, is completely blank. It's quite sad because I liked this app other than that. February 22, 2021 update: Still can't exchange for gift cards, but at least now, it says there is an error and to try again later. So, I guess that's an improvement...

The app is good so far but their response time to issues is ridiculous. I am a week in still waiting for a reply to change my email that I no longer have access to to be able to cash out. Most apps would have a setting to change account info. I haven't really had other problems but this is quite frustrating. Why keep have the app if I can't use it?

I use to love this app. I've earned alot from it. Until recently the app signed me out. I have been unable to sign back in. I requested several change password emails and I've never received an email to do so. I got on the app reviews to see what's going on. And it looks like I'm not the only one having these issues. So myself and a lot of people using the app can no longer sign in. Which means we can't get the money that we have saved up. Hopefully the developers fix this. Or give us our money.

It used to be worth it. I have been a slidejoy user for years, I remember the ad with the guy sitting in a loft with brick walls explaining the concept of slidejoy, saying you could earn up to $60 a year just for instaliing slidejoy and using your phone like you normally do. It used to be a time when i could legitimately earn close to maybe $5 a month just for sliding my phone open whenever I needed to use it. $5 is in no way gonna send me on a luxury vacation, but it was the incentive for occupying space on my phone and having ads on my screen (which sometimes sidetracked me) before l can do what I was intending to do on my phone. Everything changed. The upside was they started offering paypal payouts. The downside is it started taking so long to earn carrots (points) now it takes about 3 months to earn $5, they have offers that are supposed to help you gain carrots, but that is 1. Slow going as well 2. Just not the reason l got this app in the first place. It was simple in the beginning 100 carrots = $1 now, 1,000 carrots = $1, no clear explanation of how many carrots per slide, offers range in carrots (if they actually pay out) and is not even worth the time you spend doing them. To summarize: After years of using this app I have decided to uninstall as it is no longer what I signed up for. Hopefully someone will develop an app that embodies the original concept of slidejoy.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Slidejoy! I have already cashed out once (eBay gift card) and I couldn't be happier. However, I gave four stars because the latest update made the slide animation on my lock screen glitchy. It is very hard to describe, but when I slide to the right, the Slidejoy screen does not smoothly slide away anymore. I can't get to the Contact Us page, so I thought this might be the next best place to make the developer aware. Hope this lets them know there is a bug. Thanks, Slidejoy team!

At first this app was good. It actually paid out. For the past year, I've made several attempts to cash out gift cards and despite getting a message that it was successful, I never get anything and my balance doesn't change. I've tried emailing, but the only thing I get is a canned message, no actual answer.

So far I have successfully pulled out $68 and I have 46k+ carats on my account. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because they took away the paypal withdrawal option, so now you can only get certain gift cards. I mean it takes a very long time to rack up points but its free money so I'm not complaining. Update: Just cashed out a $5 amazon gift card just to make sure everything works. Sure enough $5 gift card balance on Amazon account so yay.

Pretty decent app. You can't earn much at a time, but it's pretty satisfying to whenever I earn enough to get a gift card. I've had this app for like 2 years? Or more? Don't remember. I always redeem my carats for $2 at a time. So as soon as it becomes available I redeem it to prevent any mishaps. I just kind of wish I could earn more than eight or so dollars a year. I've never one any scratch offs, so if I remember to redeem, I can only redeem 2 dollars four times a year.

Have been using this app for years without issue. Cashed out plenty of times before, but have been unable to cash out since November, keep getting an "unkonwn" error. Hope it gets fixed, but I'm going to delete it now, since the problem has gone on for this long. It used to be an excellent app.

There's nothing wrong with this app and they do grant rewards but I hate the way they do it. They hold on to your credits two months ahead in time forcing you to keep the app installed before you can redeem. It took me about 6 months before I could redeem $2 and 2 months of that were spent with the app disabled because I knew I wanted to uninstall it but wouldn't get rewarded for so long. I think they should just reward you points instantly and not employ trickery to keep you using the app..
