Liked the exercises in the app. Helps me a lot to maintain the daily workout sessions. Improvements suggested: 1. Interface should be more dynamic 2. Rest times are inappropriately small 3. Each exercise should have atleast 2 sets.

Its an amazing exercise. I luv it, it really helps me manage exercise with my university and it doesnt take long to complete plus it's really effective β€οΈβ€οΈ
I am a soccer player, a gymnast , and a cheerleader. It helped me have more power in my skills. I have very muscular legs today because of the app. It takes awhile, but you do get stronger trust me.π

The first Day I discovered that those exercises were intense. That's I felt alot of contractions from my legs and its really a good work out.
I love this app with workout it gives free access to diet plan thanks am loving it 9 th day hope at the end of 30 days am gonna have great result.
It is a great app. Certain apps u need to pay to unlock the advanced exercise n so on but this app not. Worth to install ππ

I don't like it because I have been doing this app for a long time and all it has done is make me tired I haven't lost any leg weight at all

I've been looking for something that would challenge me, yet not to the point where I would stop exercising completely because of the fact that the exercises were to hard. This app is perfect, it doesnt push me so hard that I just wanna stop exercising completely but it does push me to a point that I know that I can wake up in the morining and WANT to exercise again.
