Tried support, didn't ever answer, game locks up only on big jackpots, sent them screen shots, everything that was asked of me, nothing have lost billions of chips due to this problem. Please fix!

It wins on and off. When you win aarge.number you should be able.to get that back on reinstall. Its.very.rare.to win major and.never grand. Ease make.it.where we can get large amounts.any of us live paycheck to paycheck so please make make it great with huge.amounts. Occasionally yo can get 800 billion or any high number and you get a low start over part. Its fun to play.It would be awesome if you gave us highest win at.begining of game.

The game was pretty good for a short period of time then it stop paying, I was entertain for a bit.

I love the games you have. In the beginning the pop up ads were reasonable. Now after nearly every win you are force to watch these repetitive ads. I've accumulated a lot of credits but I'm done, as I watch more ads than playing your games. Guys if you love ads, this is the game for you. The amount of response the players gets from you guys, SAYS IT ALL.

At first i really liked this game but it has way too many ads and most of the time wont give the bonus it promised! Then if you choose not to watch the ads to get the bonus it plays them anyway. Very frustrating. Finally i got tired of it and deleted it. Also the quest is bull. It says win 14 billion in free spins but after over 20 hours of game play without one single free spin i was done

Good variety of games to pass the time and relax.. lots of bright colours for endless fun! 😁 Recently improved graphics too. Very enjoyable...when it pays... lol. I find that coins in this game are much more expensive than other similar games. The games pay at the start of play...but then the wins start to disappear...too quickly sometimes. I top up when I can, but if the coins disappear too quickly, I have no choice but to leave and play another game, where coins are not as expensive...

This game is totally effed up. Pass it by. You will win on early levels. But nothing after that to force you to buy coins from them. At one point, I had over 70 billion coins. But I tried to achieve a medium difficulty mission using 225 million coins per spin. One of the objectives of this mission is to have four "big" wins. I don't know how a big win is. But it is more tgan a billion. Had some of those. Received no credit toward the mission. Uninstalling. Not fun!!! Total waste of time!

I love the games, bonuses are great, but the ads are just out of control. I will watch ads because I know it's necessary, however, when they are a forced interruption even after they are declined, it's very frustrating and irritating. After every win, after every time there is a move from game to lobby or whatever is too much. I just spent more time watching ads than playing the games.

Been trying to contact support since September 5th 2019. Numerous Times. I have hit several big pots, but when the game decides to show an ad, for some reason it forgets to give you the pots you won. Have lost tons of coins due to that. So decided to make purchases to get rid of ads. It got rid of the ads, but once again never got the coins I purchased. Would be a good game if it would just give you what you won and what you paid for.

Scam, as of the last update, app has gone to a black screen. I had over 700 trillion points. which in value to buy is worth thousands of dollars. I feel like its such a scam, and I had previous problems of it locking after a purchase was made and not receiving it, so it was happy to take my money and not give me the points. Had to fight through my cc to gets 2 of my payments back. Scam! .No one ever gets back to you when something has gone wrong with the app. Horrible customer attention.

Definitely the best slots game. I have downloaded so many others and they dont come close. There is a wide variety of slots which does not become monotonous with regards to the theme and sound. Then you win then you loose which of course I love a good challenge. The only negative feedback I have is many of times when you do watch a video especially after your free games it does not register and you do not receive the coins. Will not delete this slots app, simply love it.

Im giving a 1 star rating because even though i enjoy playing the slots, im actually quiet dissapointed that there are so many ads. Nearly every win its like i have to watch a ad just to collect my winnings. Im constantly getting kicked out of the app and having to restart time and time again. The biggist issue with this, is you have to go through all the damn ads again, just to get back to where you started from. Besides that th slot games are very detailed and good.

No doubt. This game is the best. I hope doesn't get too loaded of unnecessary features like other similar games I'd played before. It's very balanced on everything. The graphics are great. The ads are manageable. The events are very good. One point I have to point at. The sounds sometime clash to each other. Sometimes get muted. A little weird. But everything else is fine. started out great then everything went down hill. sometimes starting the app it would freeze when you hit x to skip ads. tried sending feedback about the problem it wouldn't load the feedback page. then in the middle of the game you get ads, which i understand, but whenever an ad for cash app is done it kicks you out of the game. i tried to tell the people who created the app about the problem and i get no response.

When you contact them for problems, you never hear back from them. I lost over a billion coins in 2 days because my wins weren't added to my amount of coins. They have an option for getting more coins by watching videos and almost all of the time., you don't get the coins. Ok...I just went down to the next row on the review that says 'tell us more' and it won't let me type anything! This game is awful the way that you don't get your winnings!!! I would NOT recommend this game!

So far so good playing my first time. There have been consistently big wins and progression through the level goals. My only complaint would be the numerous FaceBook ads every time you win something big or level up. Otherwise I am enjoying the play, wins and variety of games with their multiple different types of bonus rounds. Overall a good slot to relax and have fun with.

Don't play Captain Winsalot, been playing it constantly for 3 weeks now and have had the free spins just once and have been ripped off 3 times. Started playing and quite liked the app. once you get a few big wins that's it. It just thieves it all back. Hardly get any free spins and when you do get them you get nothing from them. Full of ADS when you get a big win you have the option to watch an advertisement to double your win however the as still come on even when you don't want to double When you get close to getting the extra bonus ( after getting 10 lots of free spins ) suddenly it freezes and then goes back to the beginning lit up 9 spots 1 to go for the bonus and as playing it drops to 2 !!! Sent over 4 messages with no response very poor.

120 million credits to start off with is generous and i got to lvl 18 until i ran out of funds. It's diffilcult to stay on top of the Tournament when the game wants to give you more credit after 10free spins and during Autoplay. Most of this is advertising based. Not much use having autoplay if it doesn't do what it's supposed to. Appears to be close to a 1 second delay during spins. The developer seems to have copied from another the sound effects of a big win/jackpot too.

I loved this game! it played great for the 1st time downloading and playing for the 1st hour but then I accidentally went out of it and tried to pull up again but it wouldnt. It kept closing before I could get to the home screen. I left it on my phone hoping you would please fix it??? I use a HTC626s and all my other games still work fine, so why did this one work great until the 2ND time on it ?? I don't want to look for another app!!! Descent game with good payouts. The ads are obnoxious. Especially when you opt to not watch to double your winnings and you are forced to watch one any way. This is especially annoying when your in free spins and get a large win as it removes the remainder or your free spins and doesnt give you your winnings for that spin when the watch ad to double pops up. As a result of the forced ads I will uninstall.

I love Jackpot Mania, I don't know how to tell if I have won any cash or prizes. I love the colors, gameplay, graphics, game controls, and the bonuses and what not are Awesome. It is fun, exciting, addictive, and a real attention getter. A nice way to relax, and the chance to win cash or other prizes is a most excellent plus. Love everything about Jackpot Mania. Ads, ads, ads, that's what they specialize in. They ask you to watch an ad for bonus coins, you say no thanks, you're still forced to watch a 30 second ad. Games are ok, nothing special. But I'm removing it because I got a new phone, logged in, and my level was back at 1, no games unlocked. My coins were still there, but could only play limited games, after I had already leveled high enough to have all games open! Messaged customer service 3 times, with absolutely no reply.

I love this game. Graphicsis stunning. I cope with the ads.
