Meaning, they aren't credited to your account most of the time and the 10x level bonus has NEVER been credited at all! why even waste time or graphic use to show them? Suddenly this game doesn't give 2000 points for viewing ads. Also. If you get 6000 points every 3 hours why would you reward a player by awarding them with 2000, 3000, or 5000 on their BONUS spins over 50% of the time. I don't consider that to be a bonus. I like playing this game, but it's a rip off. I can't tell you how many times I have won a tournament and not gotten my winnings. The screen says congratulations you have won, but my coins are negative the same amount is what I won so that when I add or collect the coins it's a net zero. What a scam. And there is no contact information to remedy the situation. How convenient.

I have two google phones and one Apple iPhone. Too costly to play. The only time you win big is after you purchase coins. The spin round results in lower than the three hour bonus. Very and I mean very few,,,, does it result in more.

Why does the game keep scamming me, every time i collect the bonus and take one spin in some lobby it automatically takes 3000 coins from me... and just now i won 12000 coins in a tournament and it all got deleted the second after. Diamonds frozen at 3000 then jumps to 75000 until next win then goes back to 3000 and stays until times up. If it can't be fixed I'm going to have to quit playing. To bad I've been playing this game for about 7 years

why is this game called BIG WIN??? no big wins , no free spins , if you do get free spins chances are you won't win more than your bet. it is consistent, I always lose and end up with no credits every time. should be called nice looking game but don't expect to win.
