Update: I reinstalled this app after I heard of improvements made by Huuge. They still have definitely improved, with more ways to get free chips, but the slots are still tight and don't pay off often. I don't mind buying occasionally as it is a business, but their packages are expensive. They still have great graphics and a large variety of games, some of the best I've experienced. Previous review: I am deleting app and do not recommend to anyone.

Been playing this a long time and they come up with new ones quite often. Still playing as of 10.8.2020 and still having fun! I have truly enjoyed this game for a long time. Last week I had a glitch with my tablet and lost everything I had accumulated. *** I notified the provider (several days ago) thru their "notifications" w/in the game. I have now lost all I had accumulated as well as my points level. Very disappointed.*** March 2022....still playing and still having fun!

I have been playing this for several years. Up until this week it was a great app. Now twice in one week after making purchases to reach milestone, my gold ticket bonuses have not been paid. After contacting support they basically said even though I had seen the milestone bonus stating I would get gold tickets,that you had updated something whilst I was playing and the milestones are not always paid. But hopefully my next one would be if I reach it. Support refused to give further details.

It's impossible to ever hit enough wins to actually play and enjoy the game for a bit. I hit a mega win for 20x my bet, which more than doubled what I started with and it was gone in literally 2 minutes. And it's ridiculous that you lose your trade tokens when the new charms season begins. Aside from the few you earn, you paid for those and the rare charms cost so much to trade that it's nearly impossible to earn enough to get them without major spending. Unless you wanna spend $, don't play

Used to be fun. Can't win no more all you will find yourself doing is dumping money into and getting nothing in return. Horrible! In response to the losing ITS BEEN GOING ON. It's frustrating that you put all the money in to it and it's just a rigged game. All the reviews have went from good years ago to bad. Every update makes the game even worse. I'm sure there's a way to see what I've spent over the years in comparison to what I've been lately along with many other players. DEPT

I still like this game more than others. So many of the slots are my all time favorites. But...they've have a tighter lock on any wins. Something has changed. I spin and spin and spin trying for big wins or the 3 scatters for free spins. Finally when I do manage to win free spins...more often than not, I win zero, nada, nothing. Jeeze, free up your slots just a little. Please!!?? Boring!!!!!!

Ever since the past 2 updates my charms sets are completely gone that I had finished and I can not play the Penn's Passage when it happens or collect the new charms. I have spoken with many different ppl saying they fix it add more money to my account only for it not to be fixed. If I was able to complete sets of charms I would be able to collect extra money to play. But I CAN'T.

The game itself is okay some of them are really fun but like all slot games or social slot games they are definitely in it for the money the more you purchase the faster you lose your coin. There is a lot of bait and switch with their advertisements. And their customer support is sub-par. I've put in four separate requests with no response, every single time had something to do with a purchase. If any customer support response to this I would like to speak to a supervisor.

I've been playing for several years and I don't see an end. Huuuge games are the absolute best. Graphics, characters, the games, the payoffs, it all adds up to make this the standard that all other slot games are judged by.

Charms have improved and I was able to complete them for the first time!! I am a trillionaire. Other games have tightened up, harder to complete events. Support is full of platitudes but not much help.

All sounds are off in settings but sound is forced with the Penn's Passage mini game and there is no way at all to silence the first few seconds. Happens every time the mini game becomes active (once each game cycle) and there is no way to block the sound. Edit: Why should I have to fix your issue? You see it here, fix it. Or pay me to do the legwork.

Update: May 22nd 2022. Everytime I click the game notification to collect the bonus it says its expired but I just received the notification so how can it be expired. I used to like the game but now I hate it more everytome I play! Don't recommend this game to anyone who wants to keep their sanity.

Screen appears at the start of the app to say I have won chips in the conquest event . To button to remove it ! Then have to exit and then says it's crashed ! App no longer works ! Cleaned my cache.

Not a great slot game. Good luck winning any free spins in this game, they're practically non-existent! If you do somehow manage to get any your payout is pretty minimal. The selection of slots is good, but like every other game payouts start out decent then dwindle away to nothing. This game is a good way to kill an hour but not a long term game.

Worst slot game I've ever encountered on Google play. They trick you into buying coins just to make sure you don't hit any big jackpots. I had over 60 billion coins and they made sure I lost that pretty quick. Before I bought coins, the game let me win periodically but made sure I didn't win a single round after playing a free hundred pulls of the slot machine. Stay away from this game as it's clear with all the in game ads to buy coins keep popping up. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS GAME!!!

I have been playing now for 2 years. I love playing, i dont mind the adds and stuff, but whats bothering me is that as soon as I spend personal money on this game i loose it all within minutes. Since the new slot was loaded i cant get online to play. Many bugs and very slow. Really would like to be able to win some of te big Jackpots. But if you dont play max you dont win bigger

i had almost completed the last charm set months ago and then no matter how much I play or purchased huge casnio money they would never give me anymore new charms. This casnio app is fun but definitly rigged so you cant complete the charm sets and will keep playing and spending your money to get no where. Once I was a high-end Trillionair and I open the game the next day to find that all of my "play"money had been cleared out. I have played this game for years and lost so much money. Careful!

What was a fun slot game to play, has become a greedy app.Chips have become more expensive and they move away from cheaper pack to more expensive packs so you either pay more or cant buy.The charm event is hard to complete and yet again you are forced to buy because you cant trade for all the charm, and even if you max bet. Also later you get milestone rewards after 20 level ups, and not 10, 115 gold tickets instead of 100 per 10levels. Also they removed the fun Lotto event when you can get x5.

It's really fun to play. I don't have any complaints, when you lose coins, you just lose coins. It does eat up your coins quickly, I say that bc even if I bet low, I end up waiting for the next bonus period and then play again later. If you don't watch your coins then you would be in a position to decide whether to buy coins if you wanted to continue playing instead of waiting for the bonuses.

Unless you buy tokens and a lot of purchases you don't get much back. When you do finally win and get a good balance they take it all back no matter what games you play or how much you bet. I am never making another purchase again...such a waste of money

I was forced to participate in a game I neither asked for nor had any desire to play. I didn't last long, primarily because I decide which games I want to spend money on. Outside of being interrupted every 2 minutes by the announcement that I've reached a new level, the games were fun and entertaining. Too bad.

Used to be fun on an older device. Now there's nonstop ads in your face and even have to watch commercials during game play. None of these games is designed for you to be a massive winner but the winning percentage has dropped since popularity has gone up. No need to respond to this review.....I'm deleting it regardless.

Uninstalling this game. I've submitted countless reports about the screen turning black and the game crashing over the last week and a half and it's still doing the same thing. I used to enjoy this game but now it's just a nuisance.
