Now I know these tournaments are rigged,where does these so called players come from? Sometimes there are three of the same players no name but a number!As soon as you make it to number 1 or 2 the same players show up,then you drop down to 5 or 6 Please!
I like these slot machines. The bonuses increase daily on a weekly basis. The payouts are sometimes very good. There are a nice variety of slots. The only thing is that the new games take longer to open as each new game is unlocked .
All my stuff disappeared. I had several millions points, 1600 diamonds and many coins. Not sure if the software was updated. I am mad. No way to contact anyone. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Not happy

Your games just disappeared or reset to as if it's newly installed, at least 5 of what I were played. Now, this game is at the sign of reset. It reported to connect to Facebook every time I open it but I have long time logged on. When I click on the icon of Facebook connection, it did show I have connected! In addition, I have made purchasing before that no more advertising pop up but now it pop up with advertising! Please fix this as soon as possible before it really disappear or reset itself!
Zertertain all of your games are a rip off. When I play the tournament there are guest,which I have discovered are your employees. One can never win any of these games because all of the guest players are always at the top of the leader board. Are you doing this so the real players have to buy coins to continue playing your games? I hope to get feedback from your team.

I would like to know what is going on with this app. I had 19 stars out of 20 and needed 1 more to get 500 gems and found out today where almost all the stars were taken away and all but 1 game is locked. I want this corrected or I will Uninstaller this app.

High roller game does not play. Just keeps spinning and takes your credits. Rest of game is fun but doesn't give triple 0's often enough for treasure gems.
