I had gotten a new phone, I was 1 gem away from 500, I had been working at it for months. When I transferred everything from my old phone to my new phone everything I had accumulated was gone. How can I get it back? This is the second time this has happened.

Had been playing for quite a while, suddenly all my stars & all my money, approx 60-80,000,000 disappear. Went to use the gems with the treasure chest it paid out endless gems in lots of 10 but gave me no money or stars to reach the top & win the 500 gems. It also reset to zero when I was only 2 or 3 stars from the top and claiming the large number gems. I had to delete & download twice before it started working again but none of my money stars or gem/stars returned. It was once my favorite game, not now.
But once u raise ur bet u constantly keep losing, also treasure chests always have the same stuff in them, starts with 10 gems 1m coins then if u keep using them u basically get nothing.. would be nice if this gave out fair chances to win stuff, rigged
Love playing The game Tyner only thing is when I've paid the gems or the money the game's glitches and it send mms r back home and then I lose all that I paid I just list 50 gems...would like to get them back is possible
This is a great game takes a long time to level up. But if was fast would be over to quick so keeps u wanting to try more to get u to the next level.
