The full screen ads have made this game unplayable. Every time I try to start the game now it brings up a full screen add to install another game and when I try to close the ad the screen goes black and nothing else happens with the game. It stays like that until I close the app. This started yesterday and has cost me on the daily bonus. Was on day 6,now cannot collect because of a silly forced full screen ad that pops up right after I close all of the other popups when I start the game.. VERY disappointed.
Keeps kicking me out of tournament rounds and bingo rounds with error message saying you have been kicked and it does not give me my credits back or power ups that I have purchased. Will more than likely be uninstalling. Very irritating. No wonder why they only have 500k downloads.
Every time I play in a tournament and play a game that costs either millions of coins or hard earned gems the game throws me off line. This has cost me approximately 100 million coins and approximately 250 - 400 gems. Complaints just seem to yield bad luck with the spins... would love my coins/gems back or even to just have this cease. Seems suspicious when it only throws me off then. Complaints are ignored probably because I don't give them my $$$! I will probably loose it all after this.
I used to love playing this game. After losing all my past progress and approx. 18 million credits/118 gems, I feel like I'm waisting my time. I have sent emails, hoping someone would respond. It is SAD that the players aren't even worth a response.

Playing tournaments I pay 5 gems to play the game and it boots me off I go on again another 5 gems boots me off...took my gems as much as I complain I never get them back
I've been playing since Feb,and for the past 2 days it has stated all my stars,credits and don't get me started about the gems it gave me 20,000 stars then took them back and the stars to get to next level if I stop playing it goes back to zero what's up with this game
I usually like your slot apps but I spun three unicorns which should have given me free spins three different times on the first game and i never got my free spins. It doesn't go to a bonus unless u get four. That upset me.
Was. Great until l reached the 19th level and all the sudden my spins went to hell. Was not credited for bonus points to reach next level. Rolled at least 17 @ 60,000,00 points each and not one of them registered

Not honest. Spend 900 gems (nrew update it is 1400 gems now) to get the "LAST"star in chest bar only so I can win 500 gems, but nothing. Game programmed not to give it to you. Don't say bullshits that it is computerized.
