Game keeps restarting on me when I complete quest's, open chest's or after completing a puzzle. I reinstalled the app and had to start all over from level 1, and it wasn't long before it started restarting on me again. Sad part is, I truly enjoyed the all the different feature and opportunities to receive coins to continue to play.

Once again I have been playing and building up stickers and coins and the game shut down. Unable to open app. What is going on? This is the third time I have lost everything. My profile name is super sands. Anything you can do to correct this situation would be greatly appreciated. 8/25/19 - Getting discussed with program. Finished #5 and it was stated that I would move up a stage. Should be in Michelin. The time before funished #3 and never move. Wish the prigram would function as described.

The graphics on the games that I AM get are average at best ,and the payouts are pathetic the free games that only give you five spins and the total payout that pays about the total of the cost of two spins. I have decided this is on my list of one of the worst games I have played. Deleting.

Update: Every time they come out with a new version I have to delete and reinstall the program. Does not make a lot of sense. And I do not have an off brand phone. Update: Customer service was very prompt and helpful getting my game running again. Since the December update game will not open on the Google Pixel. Customer service was very responsive. Unfortunately, the new update broke the program again.

once you've collected the keys and unlocked the different slots there is nothing else to unlock. I think it needs more slots to unlock and to continue on. otherwise what do you achieve other than collect keys and play the challenges. I've restarted the game 3 times already just because I enjoy it! more slots! please!

I have been playing this game for about 2 years or so now. It use to be such a great game.....but now, I can't even keep enough points on it play for more than say 5 minutes. I can't win anything anymore. I would say "Well,it's at random and the luck of the draw" but for months ?I don't think so! I had over 12 million coins, lost it in 2 days and haven't been able to really play since because I can'twin. They try to force you to buy coins if you want to play, not Me.

This game is fun to play IF YOU DON'T MIND LOSING ALL YOUR ITEMS. After spending extra to get the gem's then the needed items to finish challenge only to find that all the rest of had magically disappeared and I needed to start all over again. What is going on??? This is not the first time!!!

Great game until the recent update. Less wins, no help collecting gems and the new games are horrible took almost all my coins. Games don't work and they tell you they can't assist with that. Don't waste your time.

It'd be nice to have a little more to start with, or at least some way to earn free spins or something. The vibration for the Auto Spin is too long, and it'd be nice to have them different main menu that you can get to without ads playing every time

Lot's of fun and great wins. Very entertaining and action packed with loads of other games and puzzles. Never got bored or tired playing. Thanks for the invite great graphics band new slots. Takes too long to open chests! You need stickers to complete quests and keys to unlock more slots. This is ridiculous and NO FUN anymore! I DON'T WANT to pay all kinds of money just to get all the stuff I'd need to keep on playing. ☹️👎

Many different things to do to keep you having fun. I would like to see other puzzles after you finish the ones played now. Maybe puzzles that are pictures from the slot games.

I like the game but it's not fully compatible on my device. I had a problem but the staff helped fix the issue. I love the different options and competitions.

I LOVE this game!! Although, my opinion the epic cards are to hard to get. The length of time between the quests being downloaded is entirely too long. 😊

This is a good game, lots of puzzles etc but the screen wth game on is too small, especially if playing on cell phone or elderly wth bad eyes. Not really high payouts but good enough to keep u playing.

I like the app, However, the cherries and watermellon stickers i paid gems for, as well as the ones I won from chests all vanished on me suddenly without forewarning. A sale in the shop shouldn't equal loosing everything you've acquired whwn the sale ends. That was over 100 gems worth of stuff that vanished while i was spinning at the machines. I wont be making ANY in-app purchases in this app, because the things i pay for get taken away.

For some reason I cannot get the free chests every 4 hours. I have tried for a week now and it just says next chest in 0 minutes and there isn't anything there. This is the only way to build up your stickers. If not fixed I will be unistalling.

Could be a lot better, doesn't start you of with nearly enough coins to play for a little while...meaning if you want to keep playing....you have to spend your hard earned money!

I am very upset with this game I use to love playing it but not now. I had lots of points and I went to play the other week and my points were gone. That is so wrong I worked hard getting those points and they are gone. Now the game shuts off ant u get knocked off. I am very unhappy with this game now.

Good app, everything about this app is fun. I totally enjoy playing this game and can get completely lost in it. Looked up at the clock last night and 4 hours had gone by!! Keep these good apps coming. I appreciate the professionalism behind it

Some times frustrating Anxiously waiting for items to complete challenges. I value the challenges more than winning the game.

Love this game, its different to other slot games. Would be 5 stars but it takes a HUGE amount of data. Also it says there is a server issue and won't let me download the next slot.

Why won't cherry slots download quicker. It's to slow. I pay my bill, and still can't download games. Your Network, is to slow.

Boring. This is the lowest winning, slowest to level up slots I have ever played!!! It takes FOREVER to level up.

fun game love the slots not enough rewards unless you make a purchase. not buying anything, never have on any other my slot games. the ones that require a purchase to advance i jus uninstall sry.
