love the game. However, I just bought coins AND DID NOT RECEIVE THEM. I've had difficulty finding their customer service, and requesting a refund or getting the missing coins. until this is resolved they get one star. 6/28/19 Now Two days later, I've still had no success trying to contact playport to get my coins or refund. DO NOT BUY COINS, they take your money quick enough, but don't give you anything for it.

i had the older version and loved it. but why do you need to make and manage phone calls through my device ? why do you need to have access to my photographs and videos ? this is way to much control to give to a video game.my contacts and files along with the above information is way to much. sorry but i dont need it or want it that bad. when you take these requirements off, maybe people will come back. the only place that needs that much controll is the government. wont do that unless required

very good game it takes your mind off of things and you enjoy it when the new ranking comes but the only problem is lucky time is 199 too expensive if it was like the old ranking it's better oh my friends quit because of the new ranking you can have your pictures up because some people put up nasty pictures I don't think that's right because of some people doing that everybody got to pay for it I hope they go change it so we can put our picture up maybe they come back because that's the Riesen

I truly loved this app, that was before the big update and now it's hard to send gifts to friends and the keys and everything is gotten expensive and I was supposed to be a paid member but I don't have those benefits anymore and I don't know why I quit playing for about a year and want to try it again it didn't even have all of my token balance or nothing like that it's like I started all the way over and I've spent a ton of money on it for nothing very disappointed.

Before you're even able to see the game, purchase offers are shoved in your face, very distasteful. No way to meet and interact with new players, and terrible graphics!

Rotten. All games have the same game play, boring. Very hard to get wins that cover your bet. Overall, a very boring, dull game. There are better games out there, dont waste your time with this one.

It feels like it's a scam. I was told to download the app and receive 100 free speeds. As soon as I download the app, I received one free spin and then I'm told to pay for more coins. I feel so used and abused.

Bad bad bad. You down load the game and when it opens up it just sits and stares at you like a dog trying to understand your words with nothing happening. I tried it twice. No more more me.

Horrible game used to be fun now to buy lucky time its for 1 min and its 4.99 How can you possibly win in one min. Plus their support team is non existant.. They do not address any issues but will gladly take your money... Do not install thos app.

I cant log back in to my account. I cant remember the password, and i dont see a option to reset it.

Game would never load. Downloaded it several times and still failed to load.
