Fix the glitches in this game! The app crashes when it loads a slot machine or plays an ad and sometimes the winnings don't register. Otherwise a decent app. Graphics are lovely and the sound/music is good. With the exception of a few really stingy games, the payout rate is tolerable. The community feature and free credits are also much appreciated.

Keeps you entertained, but sometimes it wont let you in the game and says "check your wi-fi" when the wi-fi is full bars and I know it's the app. It's a hit and miss game like all the rest. And, seems like in order to get enough to play for a while is save from hourly collecting and free spins and daily wheel spins. Within a month or so you'll get over a few million if u dont use any money just collect ever few hours.

It's ok but I really like the heads up and you only get to play it 2 times free every 24 hrs. The tourneys are not all that great. and you usually LOSE. I have other slot apps that are free and keeps your interest without paying a arm and leg like there heads up one on one it is Very expensive. too much and I can't afford it other than that would have given more stars and I will be happy too do that when they make heads up free for as many times as you WANT! Very greedy!

New update , great graphics. Can't give likes , can't give kudos . Party spins says update spin frozen don't get any spins then . Cannot win anything . Each spin just spins continually finally stops but no wins . Diamond level and no wins . Have uninstalled it , and reinstalled to remove glitches. Doesn't change . Please fix or I will delete the game and move on . Support has not been helpful at all

I have been playing this game for a long time, my favorite thing about it is the tournament. Unfortunately it use to change all the games around once a week. Now it hasn't changed in months.What happend to changing it Up? and you use to be able to watch a video every 30 minutes to receive another turn at the tournament now only 2 times a day unless you purchase them. I have no money and I don't like this new way. please bring back the old way and get rid of the boring new never changing game.

Until 8 weeks ago I would have rated this game with 5 stars. It suddenly quit crediting coin wins in tournaments, & failed to get opponents in heads-up contests. The games are fun and graphics are great, but they MUST fix those problems before I'll rate it higher. FYI, I've been playing this app for about 4 years, & have over 402 million coins. My game name is "guest 242".

It's really too bad that they are getting rid of this app. It's the only slot app I truly enjoyed playing for several years.. even though they got rid of many different parts of the game like heads up tournaments and the weekly quest portion..i will miss my favorite slot machine which is the Lucky Charms.. Hope you guys create another slot app like this

Adding to my previous comment- Seems that when you change/upgrade devices; you may have trouble recovering your acct. Seems that my email isnt re- gistering properly now at the Big Fish website. Hopefully, I will get some feedback-help in resolving. Especially when youve passed 3-4yrs Worth of levels. After 3+yrs of playing Epic Diamonds, it would be nice to WIN a Mega JackPot! Even if you make Purchases, odds are not good. For months, I rarely get any0 bonus rounds or it freezes up when I do.

I would give it a nought if I could, this game was the best slot game around, but in the last year it doesn't pay out, they don't give you bonuses, they haven't changed the head to head tournament in ages. It kicks you out when playing especially if you are winning which is very rare. Dont bother downloading.

Game was fun, good graphics, real games, friend thing is cool, but they have just left it out there to die. They have not added any new games in a year, game constantly crashes and they permit people to post any kind of photo they want.

no longer connects to a wifi connection been trying for months and finally have given up. game used to be fun with new slot games coming, but for over a year there were none (as of March 2019) I loved this game but the when the new games don't come, spins don't get awarded and than not connecting, it is time to move on.

My favorite part of the game has always been the heads up tournament. This feature always crashes now. Your lucky to get to the 2nd round. I used to be at 4 stars because I never give a perfect score. Nothing is perfect.

Fun game, but beware. I just recently noticed during the half hour tournaments it doesn't add all your winnings. I was at 1,200, got two mega wins and my tourney score still showed 1,200. It adds the winnings to your total amount but doesn't add it to your tournament rankings. Not sure if this is a new glitch or it's always happened.

Fantastic game and the graphics are amazing have had this game for many years I'm now on level 259!!But with in the last few weeks it isn't allowing me to play it keeps throwing me off it 🤔 not sure why if you please could look at this for me that would be great as I really enjoy this game. Highly recommend people to give it a go

Something is wrong with your app! You need to fix it! When you make us watch commercials for apps so that we can go on with your game the commercial that we have to watch right now is Cash Blitz & it won't stop & give us the X to exit out of it. I refuse to be made to download an app just to go on with your game! I'm about to delete your game! This is getting totally ridiculous!!! 🤬

They have so many problems with their slots. From their tournaments not adding up winnings that you get (which you need to place in top 10 to receive anything) to heads up tournaments not having an opponent to play against. Never use to be like this before. This app has gone so far down hill. I use to love this game..now I rarely play it.

This is an impossible game to win at. I have uninstalled for the final time. I have given this game lots of chances over the years, nothing has changed at all. A complete waste of everybodies time. More fun to be had in better games than this one.

I'm really annoyed with the game right now. I love doing the head to head player Tournaments and there has been maintenance going on for that function for over 24 hours. I understand the need for maintenance, but this is excessive. Also the regular tournaments are not even working. I like playing the tournament games more than regular game play, so if these functions arent working, then I have no reason to even visit the game. Let me know when you get your act together.

All of a sudden you can't do party spins! a constant error occurs and you have to restart several times. I won't complain about the fact you no longer win! I will save that one!

Horrible game. Never won more than my bet or got more than 3 of a kind on any of the first 4 games I played and on the fifth game, not one single win. Spin 43 times with nothing to show for it? That's just pathetic. The worst for the time I played was when the max bet of 1200 won me a whopping 80 COINS. That's a return of LESS THAN 7%. And what's with the quests? I tapped yes to play and nothing happened. Didn't send me to play the quest and there's no option to get to it anywhere else in-game.

I would of gave it a 5 star rating but I made it to the final stage on heads up tournament and it says waiting for apponent. It has done this twice now the last time I never received my credits for the stages I one. Its been three days now and still nothing. Please fix this problem or I'm going to have to uninstall game

Its nothing but drama after drama, plenty of games wont load the ones that do shut down mid game and you lose your money. tried every thing to fix this problem uninstalled and reinstalled several timesThe next uninstall will be the last and final . Has ruined this game for me.

This was a good slot game but now constantly freezes and hasn't had an update / slots added for more than 12 months. It's only cause I have so much time and effort devoted to it that I keep playing. That might change very soon I think..
