SlovakLines: Bratislava-Vienna Bus tickets

Unreliable! I selected a ticket and the App purchased the next bus, 1 hour later. No warnings. I had to spend 1 additional hour at the airport. Very bad, I'd say fraudelent and misleading.

There's no way to manage the stored credit card. Neither an option not to store the card at all. Update: I was eager to see the new card management and unfortunatelly I have forgotten my account password. So I had to use the pwd retrieval functionality. And to my surprise I was sent a new pwd in plain text via email. Sending a password reset link would be a more secure way. Currently anyone can reset someone else's pwd just by knowing their email. That's not not how it should be.

Complete piece of .... I wanted to buy a ticket at the airport after 8 hours of travel. The app did not even get to the point of letting me choose the destination, it just did not work. Balkan quality.

When I purchased my tickets, the app took money from my account but didn't generate the tickets. Also, when you want to type your codes in the security gate, there is a bug and you can't open the keyboard...only copy paste. Oh my, if I would just read these ratings before! Would never even install...

I paid for the route in the app without registering for an account. And I got nothing: no email with the tickets or QR code. The funds were transferred though and... remained so 🙂.

One of the best designed apps that I have in my phone. The ux/ui is simply amazing, I love it. Simple to use, does the job well.

My card was rejected (requires two step authentication) and the app couldn't handle it. Aside from that, decent app.

bad bad app. why i cant choose language (different as system lang), why still is not implemented Gpay? what do you do during corona time? you need people traveling, but with this poor app we choose regiojet rather.... thumbs down

Please fix your phone number verification, because i tried to verify my phone number 3 times (even with a different phone number), but no verification code ever appeared.

Doesn't work. I constantly get internal error message. No bus stations can be selected. Come on Slovakia you can do better. Look at the flixbus app!

The only way to get a Slovak Lines ticket that you don't have to print out requires that you log in with a facebook account. Otherwise this joke of an "app" is just a very bad launcher for the Slovak Lines website which tells you that you need to have a printer. Completely useless.

Great idea but the app requires you to login with the Facebook account. I'm not sure how that is necessary for a ticket purchase. Change that and I will use the app.
