SLR Booth Pro

everything was working until this last update and now I'm getting "could not read header only -1 bytes available" when trying to use my dslr.

I never could get it to work. I tried: a Canon Rebel EOS T5, a Canon Rebel EOS T6i and a Canon EOS 80D, a Motorola Android phone (Android 7.1.1) and a Samsung Tablet (Android 8.1.0), and five different sets of OTG cables from two different makers. I got a response to my first email with a few suggestions, which didn't work, and no responses to two other emails.

Terrible app with great customer support. you can have me do everything possible but if it doesn't work then it just doesn't work. I paid for the personal license but the app doesn't work on my Pixel 2 XL. Crashes at install and every time thereafter. I've tried installing on my fire tablet for months now also. So two high end devices and nothing. Broken app, don't waste your time.

Sent SLR Booth a message regarding my issue below, and they quickly responded, resolving my issue....seems it was "operator error" and not the app. So far I am happy with the app, it appears to do everything I need, the true test comes this weekend! The first appearance of the app looked good, however now when I start the app it is the size of a cellphone on my device that is a 12.2 inch screen. I paid for the full version and for $32, I expect it to function correctly!

they best ever if only the remote app get some attention from the developers it would be great, but all and all it's the best app out there (update): thank you for your quick response if i may add just two things: first i would like if you could enhance the layout footer image once you chose one you can't undo it. second is there a chance the template editor in your website can be enhanced as well. thank you again for the great amazing app i can't emphasize how much i love it

I've used this app for almost 2 years (for many many events) and I am still impressed as day one. The creators are always working on the app making improvements and updates. They are very responsive to questions and suggestions. I've read some of the negative reviews on here- 1. I believe they either posted the review before understanding all the technical requirements, 2. They didn't ask their question or issue prior to posting the review. This program works great and I'm appreciative of the responses to my questions from the support email.

Tested our the lite version and works great but wanted the pro version for extra options. Paid but haven't received a license code. I have emailed customer support but no reply. :( .... Amended - great customer service all sorted.

love the app, have used it several times with great results. I'm updating my printer, what do you suggest that has been tested as connecting with no issues and prints fast with decent quality.

I purchased the pro version several years ago and it worked great with my nikon d5100. Now they've increased the price and it doesn't recognize my previous license. In addition I can't get it to connect to my nikon d5100 or d7000. I've tried 2 different android tablets, and my note8 phone. (it sort of works with the phone but crashes often.)

App works well but the keyboard does not collapse making the app almost useless. Update: App was fixed with an update. Pricing would be nice if they had a one time purchase as I don't need this app often, about 1-4 times a year.

love it! im not very good with photoshop or imp but the guys at SLR Booth Pro helped me create a customized template and fixed the one i attempted to create myself. the software is so easy to use a novice can easily set it up and run the booth. Great Job!

Paid for the 24.99 subscription but I can't get my photos off it! The online gallery and social media upload aren't working. Plus the template upload isn't working either...its like I paid for extra features and got less than the ones that came free...

I highly recommend SLR Booth for your Photo Booth Services. very affordable, user friendly and efficient. SLR booth definitely helped the Photo Booth I envisioned for months! I was able to customized the template background according to what I designed from photoshop thus giving me a signature look for my business. The customer service was awesome! They respond so quick with your inquiries. Gears I used: Canon 77D for camera, Samsung Tablet for SLR Booth App & Canon Selphy printer for prints.

this is a hit at all of our parties. its way too expensive to keep the subscription though. i only use it maybe once a year. id much rather pay a lifetime price

So far this app is amazing. Super customizable with the paid version. Green screen is a blast and it throws all the pics into a custom created template.

I downloaded the app yesterday and it keep on crashing....emailed them and Patricia fixes the bug within 24 hours.....working like a gem now....easy to use and print....thank you very much Patricia

I just purchase the one time version but for some reason dont show the live preview . I use canon 7d. and a galaxy tab 10.1. dont know whata the problem last week was working good but today just dont know what happend...

I paid to upgrade to online photo gallery and when I scan the qr code in the app it says gallery doesn't exist. I've emailed you guys and gotten no response. Pretty much useless for my needs now...

The tutorials for the app are perfect, I searched so long to find a photobooth app for my camera to attach to and this was the perfect fit. Thankyou

App does not work. Emailed owners a week ago...NO REPLY...waste of over $70. Website states refund if issues and I have issues....DO NOT USE THIS APP. This is as of Nov 10, 2021. If i could rate a ZERO....that would be great

Love this app. The online design portal was helpful. It does tend to lock up once the dslr goes into stand by.

not the easiest app to use, however not impossible. used to be able to text pictures, now the icon is gone. why?

I like the app, however I made several attempts to contact for support and I haven't yet received any responses. I just had simple questions about the software.

Ii have Nikon d3100 it connects to camera even takes pic but app says no image to display then keeps trying to take pic. I wanna buy app if this one issue can be resolved

Brought app need to ask questions they don't respond at all to help you. I emailed Facebook no response. The YouTube videos don't help there old and out dated

I paid ur slrbooth pro but doesn't work the license you sent i place it in the key license nothing happen. It says need to buy the license.
