Constant "it was a server error " endless logo" loading. We are paid members with the newest version & new cell phone. It's unreliable especially if people are choosing to invest their earnings into it. I have been a paid member since discovering the app.

I paid for a month. Every time I send a message it deletes my response and I have to resend again. I'm logged out randomly. I pain over $21 for one month and I can't even get basic working parts to this app. I'm super disappointed. I want to connect safely with good people, but being made to oay such a premium for a half working app is a major disappointment.

Crashes...A Lot. It's fine, and useful when it works. I've had it for 2-3 days and it's been glitchy about 50% of that time. Either won't log in, or it will accept credentials and then give an error message. Very amateur. Seriously, they need to do better and should be expected to do so.

We have enjoyed the app, however we have been locked out for 3 days. We can't get in on either phone or computer. Our password is correct but we usually sign in with fingerprint that isn't even an option. Looks like we wasted money on a lifetime membership. Be nice if ther was someone to contact. We don't want to change passwords because sometimes in these situations, it could make things work.

Love the idea of the app but I have tried everything to upload photos from my phone and all it does is buffer basically the sls symbol just twirls in a circle and never uploads pictures and I have done a hard reboot and uninstalled and installed the app...even messaged support but heard nothing back....

This app is full of bugs and problems. I decided to pay for something that doesn't work. You can't send messages without having issues, not even to the support team. The filter function doesn't work. The app keeps shutting down or freezing. Support keeps saying the same excuse; we hire a new app developer, but nothing gets fixed.

Closes every time I send a message. Half my messages don't even appear so I'm not able to have back and forth discussions. When you write a long reply and it doesn't send to the other person? Makes this app a total waste of time. It's unfortunate because the website is also difficult to navigate, which doesn't make this site very attractive to use.

App is glitchy. Won't sign in. Won't hold saved name and password. And now It won't load pictures of any kind. The add pic button didn't even work on the app. Thoroughly agitated.

I've uninstalled and redownloaded it more times than I can count and still hasn't fixed this issue. So I can login in no problem. I can view profiles no problem. However there are 2 issues I been having for well over 2 months now. First issue is I can't upload photos, and the 2nd is Everytime I send a message the app closes on me and I have to sign in again every single time. It's ridiculous that when you pay for this app that this constantly happens. no matter how many time I report it

I can't give this site zero stars so one will have to do. Judging by the plethora of poor reviews I'm not alone in my complaint! They say they've fixed an issue yet they haven't. Has anyone else had their auto renewal turned on the day that the subscription is due to expire? That's happened to me more than once. It's always for 3 months too and not the usual 1 month subscription that I normally do. I don't deal well with dishonesty so I won't be back around anytime soon!!

Feels like an app from 2000. Soooo slow. Soooo many bugs. Just so many features that aren't there / seem archaic in our age of apps.

I'm unable to use the messanger because the app crashes every time I send a message. It used to work fine. I think the android update may habe broken it. Also, the whose viewing me feature on the app has never worked corectly. For these reasons I can not recomend using the app. Stick to the website.

Update: I have been able to update the mobile app since I wrote this review. Unfortunately I wasn't able to update the review earlier as I was busy with work. I opened the mobile app and it says about updating and when i click to update it brings me the Google play store and there is nothing here about updating the app.

Not Support, been billed for a full access membership and can't access pic or send messages, email support 2x's no response...nope, no response in over a week...

First of all I am a Lifetime Member...and my only issue is Everytime I send a message to a non paid or Member the app automatically closes.

App is horrible. Always times out and never loads. Would give negative stars if possible.

Originally joined as free member. Finally paid for a one month subscription. Still shows me as a free member even tho they were quick to take the money out of my account. So I can't check my messages left for me or view alot of profiles. Extremely frustrating.

The people on this app are pretentious as hell. I swear everyone thinks they're a supermodel even though it's mostly older/less attractive women. Not useful without paying the subscription. People barely even respond. Overall won't be renewing as I haven't had any luck with it Also it doesn't even log in anymore. Just buffers at at the login screen and that's it...

Every single time you use this app and send a message the app shuts down can you please fix this bug that is in the app I've uninstalled and reinstalled I've done all of that can you please help me out cuz it's very difficult to work this app

I've paid for the upgrade but when all I can see of the people that have viewed us, it's only single men, but when my wife looks on her phone, it's normal. Also when I try to see who's on, it crashes everytime. Not exactly what we've paid for.

I hate this app we are paying members and it constantly crashes the chats glitch its Horrible and the times of messages are even wrong. It's been like this for years. Take my advice DONT BECOME A MEMBER. WASTE OF MONEY!!!!

It works well enough for connecting and meeting like-minded people. But, 2 glaring downsides. First, if there is only one public picture and rest are private and you try to enlarge the public one, you get a blank screen. The second is the total lack of notifications in the notification bar. At least messages need push notifications so you don't go hours or days not knowing you have a message and potentially missing out on opportunities.

A lot of potential. The design overall is a lot better than their website.the website reminds me of 2005. The app reminds me of an app from 2016 that doesn't work well. Super slow loading times historically make me want to use the website more. Since the current update, I can't even get to the log in page. Most of the time, most elements on the screen take forever to load and some of them freeze up and it's really annoying. Since you charge us a premium subscription price, I demand better.

The App is a waste of money. I constantly have to uninstall and reinstall because of network errors. It says I have messages, but I can't get to them. I'll go to search, error. I go to message someone, error. That pretty much covers the purpose of the App, being able to meet people and the functionality isn't there to do it. Update: 4/21/21 the app is still terrible. Always network issues. Pages and pictures won't load and yes the new update is done 7. Plus I do have blazing internet speeds

Terrible app. Haven't used SLS in over 3 years (website version). Surprised to discover they made an app, so was curious to try it out. There's a reason it's 3.5 stars. SLS layout STILL looks like something from the 1990's, loading times on searches are atrocious, no way to filter out the massive sea of single men, App freezes up a lot, and all our past messages/search/friend list is gone. We're lifetime members by the way. Yeah, it's that bad, if even we won't use it. That's saying a lot.

This app feels like a college students first attempt at an app. If it was for a class, it would probably get a C-. Doesn't notify me of my messages. Message part is very glitchy. Doesn't have several features that are on the website. Doesn't correctly show who has viewed me. Has twice shown an error popup on my phone that I had to completely restart my phone to get rid of. I'm sure I'll keep finding a lot more problems.

I agree with others that the idea of the app is great. The execution needs work. I just signed up on 4/2/21 and have yet to have any pictures approved and had major difficulty uploading them in the first place. They tell you to send pics to their email and they will upload, but they are having issues and can't right now. They did get back to me fairly quickly, so I will give them a plus for that. I do hope the developers can fix the bugs. I'd really like to use this site that I paid for!
