23 sep 2019 Notification says Im online. But really Im offline. I receive. 13 sep 2019 I receive hires when I'm offline. How is it possible? so far this issue not fixed. uselesss app if can't develop this properly and faster. hire receiving sound doesn't stop after hire accepted. sound keep going for certain time. some times getting two sound together. knight rider and pickme sound. when I'm offline. notification area says I'm online. need to have two different colours on button "you are online"
better to start service like this,in my experience app will be userfriendly than now 1.in every ride app asking are you sure the trip will start?yes or no,please remove it because simply method required to start ride like swip or one click 2. trip alert will be change because it is very uncomfortable to hear. best of luck muve chears!!!
Great work by SLT Keep it up and I know one day SLT move will be the Best taxi app of Sri Lanka. And my honest suggestions to improve this app 01- Initially Total UX of this app to be improved, 02- Rider request tone is so annoying (if possible please use a nice tone) . And tone ringing about 30 seconds after accepted / declined the request. (I think better to have settings menu to customize the tones)
Please concern on this app taking high capacity from the battery always. Addition to that, i get trio requests even if im offline. Another is the trip request tone is totally annoying.
The earlier command that i made on certain issues still remains I do not see any improvement so far today even, I found another issue with this app, when you're accepting tips it does not accepted and it's looks like it's cancelled please be understand that I am commenting not just to shake of commenting I know that maybe it's not easy to correct but somehow it should be e corrected otherwise it would be perfect thanks
Need Dark mode. Please redesign UI with colour coded to certain scenarios, so that you don't have to read when you get a hire. You know its a Biz or POP from the colour.
driver Friendly app need more updated, and do not reduce fare cheaper than uber, keep the standard for car booking, uber so cheap tuk people/ fishermen (with smelly dress getting to car), smugglers, all getting in to the car because of cheap, keep standard for respective riders to give better service
Thanks for updating. Earlier had problems ( to get "start ride" icon and to get "end ride" icon ). Believe you have sorted out. Please include "Road Pickup" also as I have personal contacts and their hires . Vehicle no. CBC-3072 . Jagath Leanage. Kindly post Gramasevaka and Police Report forms to my residential address viz 40/2, Bodiya Road, Mirihana, Nugegoda.
Tried to login to the app and it says please check your internet connection. When I'm having data and even connected to the wifi what utter nonsense?????

Need destination to see driver rider where want to go. Accepting hires must fixed this. Driver company and customer need wel balancing. If one part unbalanced difficult to stay.
Better to introduce credit card and Hire in hire (receiving next trip, when near to end existing trip) option.. Unable to get internet call to Riders

Application cant close in my phone. Even i exit it always appear as running. My mobile is Huawei GR 2017.

This the wrose driver app in srilanka. they dont know how to conversation to the rider its very bad if they treat all other riders they will end up like other driver app its so disappointed.
I have visited their office, the front office staff are very friendly .also who trained the session on that day is very good and friendly .I wish SLT muve for a successful future .
App has bugs. Crashing once closed again cannot start. Only uninstall and reinstall. All the time? When close app like other apps its not closing. It runs in the background. Phone power management indicates it as a battery consuming apps while not using time. I have screen shots if you want. Plz fix. Samsung J2
