SLU Student Portal

Easily the buggiest app ever. It should not have been implemented if the server to back it up is this slow. The portal is slow but it is better than this app. If you can't make this app at least decent enough to function, then it should not have been mandated. Personally, I am reserved in using this app i.e. to pay tuition fees, to access account and school info, since it is not functioning 90% of the time. After a week of trying to activate my account, it finally registers on the 8th day, but..

I am having a problem logging in through chrome. It always says 'can't authenticate user' For the app, I can access everything except my grades. It keeps on loading and I don't even know if its my connection, or the app, or they just did not upload the grades yet.

both the app and web version are buggy, had a hard time activating my account only to find out that i have to use a laptop to activate my account. update: enrollment na po bukas(june 9). di parin accessible yung app and even in the browser napakatagal at buggy. sayang bayad ng SLU. zzz

The app states can't authenticate user, how can I enroll if I can't log in? Please help. The philsmile app doesn't even have a contact information, I tried to contact every Gmail that I know. It's been 2 days and counting, still no response.

The app always says ,"can't authenticate user". I tried it many times to fill the needed info but I always got the same reply. When I type my username and password, or my mobile number it still the same. Super slow..

Attempted 6 times to verify. Says code is invalid all of those times. Why launch an app that doesn't work? It's a waste of limited storage space.

My grades won't load while the other options like schedule, payments, etc. Easily loaded when I open it. Pls fix.

Why are we required to put our number? I mean there are another way to receive the OTP code (emails/gmails). For I don't like putting my number inorder to receive any codes, I prefer receiving codes using my email/gmail. The option to choice what platform to receive the OTP code should be present. And why do we need to use our number as our user id? We have our ID NUMBER yet we are required to use our phone number for us to log in? (can't see the logic of that)

App still not working. I tried it several times it always says "Student ID number is already verified" but still cannot be log in. Kindly fix n update.

I tried logging into my account through Google Chrome many times but it always says " can't authenticate user" even if my credentials are right.

I can't login, I've already created an account but when I try to login there's an authentication problem. Please reply ASAP

Must spend more time improving functionality and user experience because it is as buggy as the web version.

Can't sign in. It keeps on saying that I signed in with google but doesn't progress onto the page I actually need to get to. Please fix.

Very poor performance... and very little interaction from the developer.

Is this just for show? Wouldn't load a single thing. Pretty much close to useless even! It only lets me log in and nothing else.

I already activated my account, reset my password but when I tried to login it sends an error na invaild username/password.

Late recognition of payment and grades are still not posted even though the posting date of grades was announced.

Why would you release an application without testing all the possible scenarios first? This application seems rushed.

It doesn't work I already activate my account however, it said that verification code was incorrect :/ :(

You want us to use this app for online learning for short term? I mean, I would if it only work
