The UI is not user-friendly. For example, viewing a "ticket" is by far the most common action (2x per day) yet it requires multiple scrolls and clicks. Space is not used efficiently. There are huge banners at the top of each page force the user to scroll down, but which each contain only a single link. The "default options" for locations and times are mysterious--clicking them simply wipes out your previously selected options. There is probably some combination of clicks which makes it work, but for me it is totally unusable.

App is pretty awful. It's super slow (even on the latest flagship Android smartphone), data takes forever to load, the UI is not responsive, trying to pan or zoon around in the map is a nightmare. It's really confusing which are the scheduled times vs real-time bus location. The circa 2016-version of this app made it super quick to see where each bus along each route was in real time with at most two clicks. Now this app is so convoluted, good luck trying to get any useful information in a timely manner.

Inefficient app for booking Amazon Ride/shuttles. Even when you choose your options and "set as default", the app never keeps/remembers your choices. There should be a way for the home screen to default to the type of transportation you most often use. The app is slow to respond at times. A reminder option to book shuttle times or remind of an upcoming trip would be nice.

Please fix the back button. When I press the Android back button it quits the app, and reopening it loses my state. Pretty janky overall. Also viewing all of my reservations needs a sort or filter option.

Back button as others have noted. Also would like to tap on bus stops on the map to get it's name. I have to switch between Google maps and this to figure out building names

Terrible user interface. Confusing, non-intuitive and hitting the 'back' button will close the app.

terrible. on deman vehicle never shows up. waste of time. do not use it.

not working with newest samsung update. app keeps saying loading but never loads.

Not very accurate, harder to use than previous iterations.

A very poorly designed app

Maybe it's my phone, but... All I want to do is track bus schedule in real time. They have a static schedule which is not super obvious. They also show a map for shuttle stop, but I can't seem to click into the stop and see when buses are arriving. UX is fairly poor in my opinion. The information I wanted to get was not easily accessible.

Unable to login. The app asks for a validation code, but never actually sends one.

[Update 6/20] with the latest update (1.6) cannot complete commuter reservation anymore. (Galaxy s8+) The app doesn't work after the latest update. I can't pull my reservations anymore.

Why does the "back" button exit the application rather than take me to the previous screen? It is so annoying when I exit it and have to click through it all over again

Latest update completely broke the app. No Ride reservations or schedules.

Useless piece of junk. I spent 40 minutes trying to get my profile built so I could use it before I gave up in disgust

New update broke my ability to pull up my reservations.

What's registration code? Trying to sign in with my Amazon account, but it asked for a registration code or validation code that I have nowhere to find. Bad design.

It works fine for me. I actually like it more than the website.

Worthless and hard to use.

App looks good but gives incorrect route times. Fine using as long as you don't trust anything it says.

I could not get this app to download on my phone. I have tried on both WiFi and data and neither one has made it past 28%.

App won't install. Constantly stalls out at 14 mb regardless of my connection.
