I usually love this app. But since my phone updated I am unable to use. It says I am not connected to a data service. And I am. My other apps are working. I have un installed several times. It reinstalls. But never opens. Keeps sending the same message.
it has improved quite a bit. fingerprint log in and mostly easy to use. however occasionally itll lock you out until you log in with a computer and change your password but it does not inform you why you are locked out in the app
A proper Ledger doesn't just show the outgoing it also shows the amount as its going you simplified to the point to where you're missing information and that extra $5 on my balance screws me up every time because you can't even use it that's not the proper amount it makes me bounce my account every time cuz I totally forget it every single time I really really don't like the website is way better than the app any day because it shows me what comes out and the total proper amount
App works fine until you need to update your password, then never prompts a reset window or anything, just pops up a window telling you to call a number no one ever answers. Completely dis-satisfied with this app!
I really love that you can do most of your banking online via the app. Especially deposit checks since I am away from an SLV Federal Bank because of college. I think it would be fantastic if you guys started allowing mobile pay with our debit cards through google pay and Samsung pay and such too!
I have a newer phone and the app doesn't work on my new phone due to an app in the bug. I hope the app team can fix issue.
It's a bank app. Sometimes things get a bit broken or bugged, but the actual humans at the bank have always been helpful in resolving any issues. 😃
good app overall. I wish SLVFED would make this and mobile banking more user friendly. example, if you make an expense at Walmart and you categorize it as food, then it would be great if it would ask you if all expenses at Walmart belong in this same category or have check marks like on your email where you choose to send it to a different folder(category). This would save a BIG HASSLE of going into each expense and doing that. Please consider this SLVFed!
App has stopped working. It produces an error and gives the bank phone number to call. Phone calls to the number go unanswered.
great app! very user friendly and I love that it allows me to deposit checks without having to go in to the bank!
Great app only drawback is transferring money why have it on there if you still have to call the bank to transfer money from one account to or another kind of ridiculous

this app is absolute garbage. I cant even use my card because I cant get into my setting to unblock it.
app bugs started may 1. blamed it on my carrier, then i was told to get a new phone. dont need a new phone. need a new bank.
Good functionality, can manage transfers between accounts, use Zelle, set up Bill Payments.
