I had challenges reconnecting with the app because I had lost my password and secret code after being away for awhile. The customer support team was very impressive. You don't get that kind of rapid response time for complaints with most applications. Through a series of emails the team sorted out all my issues. A team effort like that is something you can depend on. Thanks SlydePay support
Poor User Experience from my end even after the proposed update . Bills shows wrong Surfline number after payment has been made. Tapping recent surfline bill doesn't put the surfline number in the text box. Money Story doesn't show some transactions. App crashed all of a sudden, and all my data was cleared. App also crashes frequently. Payments work alright.
Great app with a simple and beautiful UI, but certain limitations is increasingly making me use their rival app the more. Slydepay allows you to connect to only one mobile money account from which you can add funds to the app. In contrast, I have linked four accounts to my Expresspay. Please work on this, so I can do more of my business here. Update: Slydepay has been letting me down in so many ways this year, but I'm still hanging on a little longer. You gotta up your game guys!!
I like the app, its convenient and easy to use when paying bills and money transfers, it's cool and it's like no charges or huge charges compared to similar apps , had an issue with transfer and it was resolved in no time ...good job, looking forward to more cool features
Installed this app yesterday and has already regretted it. Tried adding cash to my wallet since during transaction it wasn't giving me options to choose other forms of payment, but the cash was not added. My Vodafone Cash account was debited. Contacted the team on Twitter and sent a reminder but no response. Terrible customer service compared to ExpressPay. I'll stick to my ExpressPay
App refuses to open until all permissions are granted. If problem persists after a month, straight uninstall. The app can't access what it does not need or what I don't want it to access. Thank you!
I'm rating 5 🌟 bcz this app is super It allows you to withdraw money from your bank account with no charges and send to any network at free of charge. Thanks for the app. Keep it up. Great app. Customer service representative very respectful and responsive. My challenge is can a failed transaction be reversed automatically instead of calling customer service. Hope you work on that. Thanks
The app asks for a secret code of which I have no idea of. I ask for a reset and for more than two hours the supposed email reset is yet to pop up. Very inconvenient. And to imagine using this to make payment at a vendor. The embarrassment 😳
Hands down best payment app in the country. It's easy to register mobile money numbers and bank cards and the charges are low compared to apps like expresspay. I'm hoping however that you improve the UI making it more appealing and interactive. Get more people on board so that it becomes the standard for payment. This app really has that potential. And for God's sake get the call centre issues resolved already, I can't fathom how this amazing app is rated 3.5. EDIT: It'll be my pleasure
This app is great though, but where I'm more concerned is the vocal customer service it's managed by only one person so if he or she gets irritated then u are done with that service it's bad. It would be great if u added an option to creat a virtual card
app crashes every single time i try to slide to pay for credits. i had uninstalled this app before for some other reason i can't remember. I only reinstalled because i was in a tight spot, and well... pure unadulterated disappointment.
I don't have access to my mobile portal. My password/secret code just all of a sudden changed so I am unable to do transactions. I have asked for a password reset, I still haven't received an email, and the customer service line isn't working. What's going on Slydepay?? You should add DESCRIPTION OF THE TRANSFER in the statement as well.
Full of regrets. I will not recommend it to anyone. In about every three transactions, one fails and you have to call their cold customer service for a reversal. I just uninstalled mine and I dont want anyone to go through my experience.
Very poor costumer service. I had an issue with my wallet, called customer care line and they wouldn't answer my call. Few minutes later number is switched off. This very serious. Can't receive assistance at an emergency request.
It's too difficult to reach customer service. WhatsApp was really cool and you took it off. Im not able to reach the call centre either, and I have to chat with a robot before I get my issue resolved on the website!! 3 stars! I even had 2 in mind but, your rates are cool so😁
I am not able to use the app for anything. I linked it to my Stanbic account but I am not able to transfer money more than 50 cedis in a day. And when I call customer service for help, out of the two numbers provided one keeps saying "the person you are trying to reach in on another call" and the second one in not going through😪
The app is good, I enjoy using it but customer support is very poor... I will rate it 1 star.. Secondly is it possible to include Barter payment option in your app so we can easily transfer from Slydepay to barter app account. It will be a great deal. I enjoy using this app and Flutterwave Barter
Solid app and intuitive to use. I would like to be able to send money from one mobile money account to another directly without depositing it first into my Slydepay account, especially since both transactions are currently free
Terrible app. It has been over 100hours and my transfer from bank to a MoMo account hasn't been activated but I have been debited. Full of disappointment.. 🤔 I felt so disappointed until customer service came to my aid. Their CSR was just on point. She patiently gave me directives on how the app is to be used and guidelines governing it. The app is in itself terrible. Not effective and user friendly but customer service so good. Kindly work on this app. I'm glad my funds have been reversed.
Slydepay has really done a good job. The interface is clean and uncluttered, trust me I have used several apps. Its really convenient too numerous features as well.
Whenever I try to add money to my account, I'm been told "The transaction failed. Please make sure this mobile money account has been verified and has sufficient funds" Meanwhile the mobile money account is not empty and the account is verified. Please do something about this.
It's quite difficult to use if you're not IT inclined but once you get to know your way about it, it's very convenient and efficient for all money transactions. Please can you make it possible to link Slydepay with other banks? Was only able to link it to my Stanbic Bank account. What of ADB, GCB?
SlydePay is hands down one of the best payment apps there is in Ghana and beyond. I have recommended it to many friends on the basis of ease of use in purchasing airtime and internet services, awesome payment interface and also the lowest transfer rates. I am hoping that SlydePay will soon be found directly on all the major Mobile Money wallets, so that I can send money directly from my MTN MoMo wallet to any SlydePay user. Awesome work, SlydePay team.
Good app. I suggest u add an option for client not to only add one MoMo Number but at liberty to send cash from any MoMo number not necessary restricted to to the only one added to your platform. Under study Expresspay APP! I Iove using your app and l pray you consider my suggestion because Expresspay easily allows one to debit from any MoMo account one wish to use to send cash or credit the app wallet
Very good and fast in terms of payment and transaction but if you can add a security process during the payment. After you have open, any payment you will make required a pin to perform, That will be good and best too.
I really love this app but I have noticed something. Due to the cost of data and the lack of users on the platform, I find that I often use the MTN app or momo ussd instead. It's a real pity because this app and service is superior in every aspect.
Worst App ever , if I could give zero star bet me I would, been trying to pay for DStv over 24 hours now, it just loading none stop, tried sending out my money to my Momo, keep saying app need to be updated, there's no update on the app, I uninstalled the app and reinstall it now i can't login to the app , keep saying check your internet connection, my internet connection is great. Get this fix. Shame
today... slydepay is the worst of all apps. if you dont want stress kindly find a better app and download. i had issues with my login and was assisted professionally. afterwards i cant even open my own account. i have my Ghc 552 stuck in there. i call their customer line and it's not reachable. it used to be my favorite but now they have messed up my business big time.
Slydepay is more reliable than any monetary system, you can withdraw money from the account wherever you are even if your phone is lost u can use someone's phone to withdraw money. One thiei dislike about it is that when you transfer money to your bank account the charges are too much. They must do something about it.
I am a pharmacist &I have used slydepay for more than 3 years.The platform is very helpful when it comes to electronic financial transactions. I would prefer the reference of every transaction is included when the money story is view. I would also recommend that the company improve its help center so that customers can easily get their issues resolved. The call center is very bad.
