Our church is implementing the LEAD app for music scheduling. I have installed the app and never used it before, so this means I have not initiated a user name and password. Yet the app doesn’t have the option for a first time user to CHOOSE a user name and p/w. It simply asks for u/n+p/w. I tap the “Forgot p/w?” link and it says for me to watch my email. After 5 times doing this and receiving NO e-mail to re-set my p/w, I’m convinced there are many bugs in this app. It is very unfriendly, un-necessarily difficult, and cumbersome; and I haven’t even been able to enter it. Lord knows how difficult it must be to navigate once in it! Why hasn’t it given me the reset p/w email after 5 attempts? Sent from Mail for Windows 10
I tried to set up an acct., but it would not let me. When I tried to "reset my password" ( which I had never done yet) it said it would send a link to my email, but never did! I tried over 30 times including uninstalling & reinstalling 3 times - NOTHING worked!! Addendum: Yesterday, my wife was able to get into the app, but today the app states "you don't have permission to use this app"! (WHAT!?!?) That makes NO SENSE - this is a very poorly functioning app!!!!!
The app is a shell of what the website really is. The features are very slim, and it's very confusing looking at the app vs the webpage. You can't even provide feedback from the app even though the option is provided. The app is very rudimentary and a rather shameful attempt at app development.
This app is shaping up to be a great tool for quickly accessing CCB. However, I would like to be able to subscribe the leaders of the groups I coach to some type of push notification through the app for a reminder to take attendance (instead of the email reminder that can be assigned through the website version). I would also like for the "event summary" page when taking attendance to match the event summary on the website (ie, add in the text boxes labeled "people info" and "discussion topic")
No way to accept or decline events without going to the website, and even then it's very user unfriendly. I have all of the admin rights but this functionality is missing from the Lead app.
I use this everyday. Great tool! WAY MORE than just an online church directory!
I keep getting mesages the Lead app has stopped. So it keeps crashing. And by the way why was it running in the background anyway?
I'm not sure why this gets low reviews. It work for me great. I'm not sure if the complaints are because of the configuration by their church, or other reasons. But all options are fully functional for mr.
Lost the ability to call people by tapping on their number. Would love this functionality to return

I get the error "You do not have permission to use this app." when I try to use the app. I can log in on the computer. Not sure what's going on. Admin can't figure it out either. Help!
This app doesn't even have a place to create an account so I can't even get in as alto section leader to create a username and password.
Not sure what happened but this app stopped working. It wont find ny church or any church for that matter.
Please fix problem under need part of app. You can't add or change anything there is an error.
I cant get it to download at all. Trying to lead a new group and this is potentially very helpful, but not if I cant even use it.
I'm not sure what happened but this app has stopped working with the face unlock api for the Google pixel 4xl. It is inconvenient to have to constantly enter a pin whenever the app loses focus for too long or the screen times out. I've cleared cache and data storage, uninstalled and reinstalled but no change. Please make the biometric security feature able to tap into the face unlock functionality again. It would be 5 stars for me again then.
