Small Town Murders: Match 3

At first I really enjoyed this game. It was at least a 4 star game. Now, they have changed the programming to consistently keep you from winning. The paper planes used to hit the final required element on your level. Now the paper planes hit any tile except the last one you need. I am not going to spend any money. I am not going to give in to greedy practices. If this is not fixed, I will uninstall.

Very glitchy and aggravating! Pieces don't move when you try moving them and other pieces move when you didn't intend to move it. It's super irritating when you've bought extra moves and the game gets glitchy and moves pieces you never tried moving. I have to wonder if the game is like this on purpose.... to use up moves that don't help in hopes we'll buy more moves to win the level. $0.99 for 1000 coins x everyone playing = a lot of $! I like this game, it's fun but the glitches make me mad.

Nice game, a bit slow between actions, mix it up. Not each action needs to have the same moves or number of moves. Your other game Supernatural City is better. Better graphics (3D). These fall flat, not quite 3D. It's good enough that I'll keep playing maybe the pace will pick up.

One of my favorite games. At least until the change where planes no longer go to a spot that matters. Yes its random but they used to knock out something that needed to go. I've had them go and knock nothing at all out. Another reason to not spend money is the lack of confirmation to spend coins to continue the level if you want to. Now I will no longer spend money on this app. Still good stories just not as fun. An option to replay stories would be great too. Some of them are super funny!

Fun game, but has been freezing up a lot lately. On Donut Dash it's too easy to get to the gift boxes. I'd earn 2.5 hours in game play in 10 minutes that go to waste cuz I don't have that time to sit and play all in 1 sitting. Please space the gift boxes out more or allow to claim free play when wanted. Please also make the paper airplanes stop seeking out my colored globes when it can hit a hard to reach place on the board. I've almost deleted cuz of this. I'll give 5 stars when all is fixed.

Level 3787 is impossible to complete, even with boosters. Support when they answered said that all levels are possible. I've been on this level for about 2 weeks and I've advanced through 3788 levels already, so I really think I have a valid point. Very frustrating. Good game and fun, but the lives take way too long to regenerate so game play is slow and the player might forget the storyline and characters, especially when referencing earlier chapters.

This is an excellent match-3 game, and I've really enjoyed the mechanics and stories in it. The characters are very well done and I was pretty invested in seeing how the events played out. It's also a great-looking game, with tons of detail in the characters and backgrounds. But after finishing all the levels - over 4,000 of them! - I do have to address some of the more aggravating aspects of the game which really lessened my enjoyment of it. Most of the stories add a new game mechanic, but instead of making the game more fun or exciting, they often make it more frustrating and tedious by blocking or limiting the moves you can make. Sometimes you have to clear away obstacles, but you have to hit the same obstacle three or more times, which takes forever. Sometimes the game will throw in a ridiculously hard level out of the blue. I definitely got the sense this is done deliberately to force me to buy more moves or boosters, but I didn't. I was able to finish the levels by watching an advertisement to get 3 more moves. Some of these later levels feel like they were designed by an evil super villain, they're so ridiculously difficult. It wasn't unusual to spend more than an hour or two, stuck on the same level. There are a few other nasty tricks as well. Sometimes the level will start in a very small space, so that even if you have a bunch of boosters, you'll be forced to waste them because you have no other moves. The game encourages you to finish levels on your first attempt to get better rewards. Sometimes it'll tell you a level is Super Hard, when it's actually not. This is another trick to get you to waste your boosters on a level where you don't really need them. Speaking of boosters, boosters are pretty much the entire game. Many of the levels take forever to finish if you have no boosters, and if you do have some, they're extremely easy. During the Booster Buffet event, you'll get more boosters for keeping your winning streak going. So the Booster Buffet is really the only time you should play the game, as your playtime will be much more productive. There's also a sort of lame ranked mode in the game, but even if you get to the highest tier and finish in first place (I've done it) the rewards are pretty lame. It's basically just another trick to encourage you to spend your coins or boosters so you can finish a level on your first attempt. But you can just completely ignore it and you won't even miss out on much (you still get a reward when it ends). The recent update also introduced a few bugs, but they're not usually too serious. Occasionally pieces will overlap and can't be moved.

Been playing the game for years. One of my favorites. Still not a big fan of the donut challenge. The free time given is useless when I'd really need boosters instead. Lately the game has been freezing up right in the middle of gameplay. Looked to see if there was an update needed, but no dice. Please fix this.

Idk you seem to care about the game what with the cool storyline and all I really love it. BUT the level designs where you can spend days waiting for once in a lifetime opportunity to get through a level is way too annoying to give the game a good rating. Happens too regularly (once every 25-30 levels and you are certain to get stuck on one of those every other chapter. That or I am way worse than I think I am

Great stories and challenging match 3 puzzles. Truly, a lot of fun. But the app description makes it sound like you'll actually be doing a lot of puzzle solving related to the cases directly... This just isn't true. I've played nearly 1000 of the puzzles and this is still strictly a match 3 app with awesome murder stories and great characters. THREE STARS because of the misleading app info.

Five stars for story lines and art work, one star for match three. I have now played level 337 forty-five times. I know that there is no winning until the algorithm allows, but come on, forty-five times+ And it doesn't improve, ok, now averaging 30 or more replays/level. Asolutely tedious, and if you buy coins, they will be used by the sudden end of game and one is still playing, click and a thousand coins gone

Been playing this game for two years. Early on, you could reach the third case by spending $5-10 and playing on days the boosters kick in. Now you can't finish the first case without boosters and $. I understand that mobile games cost money to play and don't mind supporting them. But the greed here, evident in the developers slowly making it harder to play without spending huge $, is unacceptable. Still, I do like the puzzles enough to uninstall and reinstall it every few days.

Level 81 is impossible to pass. There are not enough purple notebooks and pink cameras. Once you match them no more come to finish the level. I have had enough moves to beat this level 5 times in a row. It's Very Annoying. Must be a glitch. Please fix.

Fun but not enough free ways to get energy, and you run out fast. Had to uninstall and re-install, now won't connect to Facebook and all my progress is gone.

This game has the fun and potential, but honestly, the Match-3 concept just ruins the game. It took you a lot of levels just to finish a case, very lengthy if i may ask, and each level is just a match-3 game which is not easy. Like said, it has potential, but maybe the concept should have been executed different...

Love this game! Story line is so fun. And addicting. The only thing I REALLY dislike is that you don't get many coins for beating levels and the tools and extra moves are all so many coins. Buying more coins is so expensive. I really wish they would fix that, only reason I edited my review and moved from 5 stars to 4 stars.

I like the game but when you get to level 7 the game starts to freezes up when you are trying to break the glasses when try to hit the bomb they freeze so you can't win the game . I will uninstall the game. They want you to spend 💰 no way .

This game shares similarities with Candy Crush Saga combined with mystery solving. Unfortunately the game is a little unstable and crashed several times in the first hour I played it. If you want to shut your brain off this might be fun for you, but I found it far more luck than skill. When you get stuck, it seems the only way out is money.

Easy to play with a good storyline. Nice graphics also make this an enjoyable play experience. Puzzles are challenging but not impossible. Will keep playing.

Yes your games are extremely hard but not any harder than other games I play I noticed one thing though that I wish you would do is give more boosters you are very stingy with your boosters you give me time but a lot of times time is not what I need I need boosters so please more boosters I'm only on level 1883 so I know there's a lot of levels to go yet I love your storyline I uninstalled it for a time because I was stuck but because I like this game so much I installed it again

Really fun game, I love the relationship between Mike and Nora. One bad thing though: It says that Case 4 is "coming soon" but I know it's already out. Does this have something to do with the Secret levels?

Responsive game play interesting stories humor challenging but easy play variety quick. Ads by choice. Terrific game!

FATALLY FLAWED this game put me in the Secrets Tournament and there's no way to get back to regular game play. I wasn't even finished with the second case and when I asked support about getting out of the Secrets Game play, because IT SUCKS I was told there are no more cases for me to play which is INCORRECT!!!! Now I'm going to email support because the person who didn't even attempt to help me in the game support told me I'm stuck in this stupid tournament that I don't like.

Im really dont like this game to much because i have been styck on a level thst is a super hard level . if i cant pssx this level and go on to the next level im going to uninstall it . i will give it a try a few .ote days .

Been on level 3348 for over a week. I will not spend any more money. The developers don't pay for my internet or WiFi so why should I keep spending money to be stuck on a level. My last day.

Interesting story and keeps you busy. Several update has happened. I'm loving it suckii accidentally deleted my progress but that's okay I love starting over.

Update: I had to reinstall the game due a new phone. It said I had two accounts and had to choose one.. I choose my original one and the other account on level 1 was downloaded, instead of the one the one that was level 600. I'm not able to get my original game and have not had any response from support to help me. I never had two accounts. Its Fun, but I am not a fan anymore because of this issue. Went from a 5 star to 1 star.

Support certainly waited a long time (relatively) to put the screws to me! It began so great, like it usually does. Then I started to get stuck. You all know the story, right? Actually, I used up my boosters immediately and was left depending on Support to hand out a booster from time to time, as I sure wasn't paying real money for them. If you have to pay money to progress, you shouldn't even be playing at all. Don't bother to ask for Supports help. If they tell you to, they're blowing smoke up your skirt. There's no one there. I won't be recommending this game to anyone. I won't even recommend it to my neighbors and I can't stand them! I wonder why Play Store and those others in power are letting this go on. Makes you wanna do some digging, doesn't it?

Game is fun to play. But some puzzles are too hard to beat. The further along you get the harder the game is to beat. Getting disappointed , I might end up deleting. I've been on the same game for a week now. Even with bombs I can't seem to win

The ad that made me want to download the game was false advertisement. It showed you had to save her from being crush while buried alive but clearly this is just match 3 to helping solve murders -_- uninstalling after less than 5 minutes of game play
