Bangladesh are almost always in top 10 in term of receiving remittance and somehow i couldn’t find that in this. So i think it deserves 1 star. Cheers!
The SmallWorld FS APP is the most convenient money transfer App I've discovered. The Exchange Rates are high and the Fee is Low. That's an Unbeatable Combination! Money is typically transferred in just minutes in most cases. Customer service is responsive and effective if/when needed by phone, in app message or email. Be advised that an "In Store" "over the counter" transaction is the same company but the rates and fees are not good. I suggest using the Phone App... It's wonderful
Very good rates but the SW app needs to be worked upon. The user interface experience is not fantastic as the app keeps hanging during registration and uploading of documents, saying 'insufficient memory'. My transfer went reasonably fast and was delivered in less than 1 hour on both occasions that I have used the services. Overall, I will recommend Small World Money transfer to others, as they have the highest transfer rates when compared to other international online money transfer services.
Fast and easy to use when your sending money to people you regularly send to. Cannot check currency rates without setting up new recipient, too long of a process unlike other apps you can check rates with a few clicks. Also when you log on to the app and not log off, and want to log on again, a message prompt pops up saying you have been logged off. You then have to press "accept" which logs you out and you then have to log back in again. Pointless extra feature. Fix it and get 5 stars!
The most frustrating customer service experience. the transaction was in progress for a week, after being submitted they kept asking for the same info and documents over and over. If I didn't ask for updates the transaction would certainly never update. Not to mention they replied to my questions with more questions and online chat service is just useless. At the very end they canceled the transaction due to "payer's end" issues, and I still have to wait one more week to get my money back
Worst experience. They never allow to transfer money when you moved from your registered country to another country for vacation. I visited a country recently and wanted to transfer money from there and they didn’t allow me to transfer because of their so called security reasons. I use another app which allwed me to transfer. I will not recommend this app
What kind of update demand is this ? To uninstall the very app you wanna update....? Means need fresh personal data input again..... please, I think you can do much better
I give 5 star because my first experience was good. But after that it wasn't great at all. Later I couldn't find exchange rates on my app. Called customer service and they couldn't help me out. I have to look for alternative because I want to send money. My advice for Small World. Please always update your exchange rate on time. Because rate is over £500 now your rate is still £473 very low and bad. That is a ripped off from people. Improve your rate and let it worth it. Thank
For the past two months ago i couldn't log in to make transaction. Each time it displays (We're are sorry, Service is temporarily unavailable. Our engineers are working quickly to resolve the issue. Try again later.) I have sent email twice, no reply yet. The app got blocked or so my phone. Thank God you are not the only service provider of this business. I have deleted and reinstall the app, but nothing change since they updated the recent version,
There is a thing that you might have trouble in the beginning hooking up onto this. It is all about security and if you can't do it then you shouldn't be on it. I have not had any trouble with the app or the service they have the higher exchange rate and the lowest fee of many that I've used. I use this once or twice a week I have had no problems at all and had no problems with the transfer on the other side.
Small world app is the least appealing. Apart from endless verification process, their automated receipt shows the useless MTN number with nothing else. The MTN is not even the pin required to pickup the money. All other money sending apps are all user friendly as they provide automated receipts showing the pin, amount sent, and some other useful information to pick-up the money. Small world put all their information on a pdf receipt that you have to download just to see the pin or other info.
Really bad experience. I send some money to abroad from USA. And it gaves me lots of hassle. First it didn't take American Express credit card. There is no information saying that it doesn't take AE card. Anyway I uploaded my full Driving license multiple times but still it shows notifications 'please upload the document again'. Lastly I got an email from Smallworld asked about my recent utility bill or bank statement for address verification. This is too much inconvenient.
I have used this app for quite a while now. I was quiet happy with it but ever since my last transaction, I will not be using the service again. The customer service is very unhelpful. They expect you to send the same documents again and again. I have called the customer service 6 times now and have transferred the amount 5 days ago still they won't help me and the transaction says it's still waiting for bank transfer. This one experience has put me off your service and I will probably look for alternative service. Very disappointed.
I have had the worst ever experience. I will never use this app again nor will i recommend it to my friends or relatives. None of my emails got quick response and after a lot of follow ups i have received irrelevant questions again and again in spite of mentioning that the transaction was urgent and on the other-hand my chats never got reply at all. Overall the service was very much disappointing. I would not given even one star for this.
App does not work have notified customer services via phone and email but still does not allow me to log in via app only on desktop site message keeps occurring on app when I try to log in unable to log in error has occurred please try later it has been like this for about 6 months now I have tried everything deleting the app updates on my phone all other money transfer apps are working fine which I'm using instead like remitly and Azimo.
I have been using this app for a little while now and i like it. Good rates as compared to other competitors. The interface could use a little upgrade to make it much easier especially with saved beneficiary edit and saved payment options. Will recommend this app.

I have been with them pretty much since the beginning where everything was easy and simple. Now, since 1 year ago most of the transaction they want proof of income, bank statement, picture of your card, etc. Even for a £50 transaction they asked me so much proof.....very annoying. Give more value at your customers as your business depend on them to keep going, but this is just my 2p imput .
Easy to use and very efficient
Do not waste your time with this app it is complete garbage that will waste your time. So many things they don't tell you, there is a maximum of 2,500 that you can send per transfer. You cannot send more than $10,000 in a month. You have to be in the state that you are in in order to send money to yourself in a foreign country. Yes, don't waste your time with this horrible customer service that I received today over the telephone is WORSE! THERE IS NO WAY TO DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT. BEWARE BEWARE!
Am giving it 3 star because I got my refund within 24 hours. I tried sending money for the first time and it said it still in process after taking the money from my account for almost 24 hours. So I sent them email to cancel the transaction which they did and I got my money less than 24 hours which I appreciate and their customer service did assist and reply me fast as well.
Used this app few times to send money back home. Although it will not take minutes for beneficiary to receive the transfer but it will reach the bank within 2 days and it's reliable. Yhe exchange rate is higher than other money transfer apps and fee is lesser. Only encountered that phone call was difficult and my call was never attended to. Hope this will improve. Overall... I would still use and recommend.
Not working. DO NOT UPDATE TO THIS. When you want to access "Activity" or "Status" tab, the app immediately stops working and shutdown. The MTN code sent by the e-mail is NOT & NEVER right (8 digits INSTEAD OF 10digits). The only way of getting the right MTN code is looking in the "Status" or "Activity" tab but in the new update of the app, it immediately stops working and shutdown when you try accessing the "Status or Activity" tab.
This app used to be great but suddenly It just stop working. I have uninstall and reinstall it like 4 or more times and still no luck same thing with the one in my wife's phone. It doesn't show rate or let me send money to my saved beneficiary. I keep getting error messages saying No active payers for the selected bank, please try a different bank. I have tried different banks same result. ☹️☹️.......update. It is back to normal now. So good job. 4 star
Fee was really low with best rate. This was second best money transfer for me but wow the fee has been increased more than double or even triple. Searching for other option to transfer money.

This application is working in Portugal? Whenever I try to send money to Bangladesh it asked the information. But despite all the information I give, it does not work. After waste my time I failed to register. Unnecessary waste of time.
