Hi SmartCell team, SmartCell ko app ios Apple mobile ko lagi ni available hunu paryo as soon possible. One major weakness. Other on android side, There is no Scan to recharge option like in NTC & Ncell app. Please add this feature in update ASAP. It would be very easy to recharge for everyone Even for old people who have difficulty to see recharge pin number of recharge card. Don't have to type recharge pin & avoid mistake. Please add this feature in update as soon as possible. Thank you.🙂

We can't check our remaining data pack through this app. that's good if that feature add in this app.

It's time for new update for the app detaling all the Data, voice packs and sms left in the home screen of the app. Also time for new UI. Hopefully you guys will update the app soon with better UI and the options stated above 😊

UI is a bit confusing specially in the profile section. The user cannot see the pack details and picture is not being uploaded. Does not display the amount of data left like in ntc app Does not notify when data is about to run out

This time I will give just 3star don't mean to demotivate but still we need to add some more features on app. Like the purchaelsed pack with its all details: used, remaining data. Smart cell well wisher.

They have very low rate data packages for internet but with no verities in data packages, although never fall for it, they have so good services. I have bought a sim i can't call with it in any network neither i can buy data packages. I cannot even call to service center too. Just lost my 200

When night data is very slow and cant play game always slow at night can u fix ?

its really nice app but could you plz include features to see our balance and data in real time in next update it would be really nice if you do that and make interface more user-friendly. i really like your service

I love the Smart Cell for the Data package and Clear call but it would be better if we receive less sms notification from Smart cell that irritates more which we does not from other network. So the sms notification would be better to receive when we check for balance. Thank you.

All things are good but when playing online multiplayer games like "PUBG MOBILE STANDOFF 2" the network automatically change into 2G from 4G and why is that. While I am running facebook instagram and downloading any thing network never changes but while playing online games this happens why?

I am using smart cell and Smart cell is also doing same as others.. they are doing scams .. they dont give u a notification of your low data and cuts off balance from your main balance.. they cut off 350 plus balance from my main balance without giving proper notification of low data within 3 days.. one more scammer ( Smart cell )..

nice sim telecom. all good facilities but smart telecom should provide good network all over the nepal .. thats the network is big issue of this telecom .. here in biratnagar the network is poor while calling or using data .. we have to go outside the room .. provide us better network so this will be better for us .. nice telecom smart great .. thank you

Here we dont have features like Ncell and NTC app. In that app we are able to our name when we log in by which we can know that sim card is register in our name or not but in smart cell we arenot able to know. Not only this Ncell/NTC gives some code number to check that number is register on our name or not. So the officer of this company have to add this type of features.

Everything best but only when I play multiplayer games pubg server conction lost and ping also higher than high 968 ms very poor server when I change data to ncell the it got fix no high ping it goes to best ping 120 Ms and no server lost I think smart cell using very poor server to there user to use internet smart cell if you give slow internet no body nobody will see your cheaper on data voice etc than ncell they will go to pay high because of strong server and net love you smart plz fix it

Nice to see some updates.. But validity expiry time of purchased pack should also be added along with validity expiry date.. Also sim ownership details is not showing..

This app doesn't shows the call history.

when I see my call list .. it's can't show my call list .its show after 1 day and please create new features and show all of list not 1or 2 ok

Past to show call history incoming and outgoing both but in this day don't show incoming call only show outgoing call... Why?

What is about smart app

the app is nive it gives services but smart cuts down 4 to 5 rupees unnecessarily is this the alternative way to gain price of the low cost service that you provide please fox this!!🤚

not app fault, its there whole system, i take 200mb and after an hour they cut my all balance, didnt even notify .. its even hard to give 1star, i recommend dnt even use this sim. thank you

I just start using smart cell it's so good it's network cheap fastest reliable than ncell and Ntc I love it and thanks smart cell keep it up and enhance your market all over nepal.

I purchased unlimited night pack but smart net is really really to slow that it can't open even a video Smart data is waste of money I really disrespect such corruptors and liers. Wasted my money in smart data

Is this app available for iphone...? It would be great if this app could notify us about the remaining data volume and free talktime...

though it is a third mobile service of Nepal which is growing fast and had 2g and 4g access. till now happy to have this service.

EASY TO OPERATE WHERE AS IF THIS APPS SHOWS DATA USES AND VALIDITY TIME AND DATE WITH IN IT.. WILL CHANGE MY STAR TO 5... TILL DATE SMS IS ONLY THE WAY TO KNOW TOTAL DATA CONSUMED AND REMAINING DATA.. PLZ UPDATE

When I started pubg mobile it slightly Change 4G to E+....😡 I'm facing this problem since 1 month. In past days it Continuously connect as 4G and works good. What happen to now days.....?
