I can't redeem my rewards, it keeps sending an invalid code! I've tried syncing my devices the last 6 days, it keeps saying unknown error 560! I've contacted support 4 times with no response from them! It seems everyone is having issues with this app! If Smart App is having technical issues, they should find a way to let people know and get it fixed!!!

Had an easy install process, easy updates, and easy to run, but it's also too easy to get disconnected causing you to have to reconnect it way too often. Once you get that aspect fixed properly, this program will be a breeze to run. I've been collecting $$ since one week after installation. Thanks, y'all.

VpN keeps disconnecting , therefore not earning any money while disconnected. Instructions for reconnecting VPN are not very good. It's great when it is working, I have earned $60+ in the 5 months I have been using it, just for having it installed. I just recently got a tablet and when I added that is when I started having problems with the VPN disconnection. Fixed it once, now I have to try to remember how I fixed it before because the instructions are for the birds! Fix it & i will give 5☆s

This app worked fine for years, then after last update i had to reinstall it and it won't get past the permissions part of installation, gets stuck in a loop and the tech team isn't any help with it, oh well, it was nice while it lasted. Oh also the website won't let me have my last rewards, so just keep this in mind before you install

I used to absolutely love this app, it was discreet so it didn't plague my every day phone usage. But now I can't redeem my rewards, I've contacted the developers via email several times and the dumb app keeps saying I'm not a panelist despite still receiving emails to redeem my rewards and that I'm still connected to the app. I already tried restarting my phone before and after synching it. Nothing works.

Smart App US is an easy way to earn a few dollars...hassle free might I add, while doing you like usual. I have tried a few of these and Smart App is one of the good ones. Non-invasive, doesn't slow my speeds nor does this app drain my battery. Honestly easy money... I haven't had any issues with this paid VPN. 🤑👍👍I definitely recommend you give it a try!

Slows my phone down big, never stays on, very difficult to navigate, would not recommend. Update: got pd. in Amazon gift cert. after a month but it has slowed both my computer and cell down so much that I cant do anything any more. Kills my internet access and connectivety every 5 minutes too. Not worth it!!

It slows computer way down. Switches connection to proxy server automatically which shuts down connections to websites and I have to manually turn off the proxy every five minutes. Tried to remove plugin from chrome and it reinstalls. Also can't get it to uninstall from PC. Suggest nobody downloading this as months of synced data seems to be simply for their use. It has a way to usurp security measures too because I can't get it to stop installing on Chrome despite best efforts to block.

So far, so good! Doesn't seem 2 interfere w/fone's performance or eat up data. Using it 4 probably 3 wks. **Update** Request my first draw. Never receivd, but company has been good about keeping n communication so far so hopefully will not be an issue to get cleared up (which after reading online reviews I am concerned...), I just haven't had time to investigate it & wat to do about it fully yet. Will update again & re-score when/if this gets cleared up. Other than that, still pleased. :)

very upset I have had this app installed for months wondering why I'm not getting any money. now I see that my daughters phone got lost it was never connected. I wish there was a way to remove it. I do not have another to replace it. so it seems I have been syncing for free for almost 5 or 6 months maybe even longer. I tried to install and reinstall but it's still the same. please help before I just uninstall and forget about this app. I thank you and now it has been removed.

I will change my rating back to 5 stars if I can get help fixing the issue with not being able to reinstall the VPN,I have been contacting anyone I can trying to rectify this situation.I love Smart App but it doesn't benefit us or the developer if we can't send our data or earn our rewards,I have seen many reviews from people that are having the same issue,Please fix this so we can keep working together. I am giving them a 4 star rating. Very rarely do I have a issue with SP. It runs on my android phone and my Windows labtop. I go in every day on my phone and labtop 2 times and make sure it is functioning and syncing just wish you would change the royality bonus back to $15.00. i have been with thrm for almost 2 years.

This was a good app until it ended and I was instructed to uninstall. I had earned $25 that I had not yet redeemed. It was in my account and I was not allowed to redeem to PayPal or for an Amazon gift card. I tried contacting them and never received a response. I feel it is wrong to cheat someone out of their earnings they had earned prior to the decision of terminating the program.

the old app worked better this one will not install on some of my devices and I keep getting emails telling me i need to install it. it kicks me off the internet and I have to restart my internet conection frequentlenty when shopping or browsing i have to keep shutting off the smart app to use the shopping apps or browser liked the old app better. but will keep trying hope this gets fixed.as of June 2 it is updated but is all manual updates and restarts online daily. and 5 min browse time.

I used this app for several years and it worked well but recently the app on my Android phone kept crashing and I had to keep uninstalling it and reinstalling it to keep it connected. Then I noticed several of the apps on my IPAD were not working properly and I blamed Apple updates. Then the internet connection on my IPAD crashed. When I deleted the Smart App, my problems were solved. My apps were working again and I had my internet connection was back. I then quit Smart App and deleted it.

i had nothing but a terrible experience with this app. I had it on my laptop and phone and it would interfere with my internet connection leading to a proxy server or address error. This happened regularly and greatly interfered with my every day use. unistalling and reinstalling did not help.

I loved this app. Said they were closing down. Was sent an email to get my reward. Go to validate my phone number and it is invalid. They still have not returned messages. And now the app isn't working. Did research and they filed for bankruptcy in May. Not sure if we will ever get rewards.

I have been reaching out since Sept.2019 and I'm very upset that I have been ignored for 3 months. I have sent numerous emails about this problem. My tablet was stolen and I don't have another one to replace it with I need my tablet removed from my lists of devices. I have not received any rewards for Oct. or Nov. I also haven't received any loyalty rewards. I have referred approximately 35-40 panelists to Smart App and I will have them Uninstall the app as well if this problem is not resolved

I've been trying to contact someone for 2 weeks now about my monthly reward but have had no response. I kept getting 'invalid codes' for my reward, and now the reward is no longer available. I have been using this app for several years and never had a problem until now! What's going on with you Smart App???

I was earning the 5 dollars and it suddenly stoped i have it on 2 different devices and says its connected to both. Was told had to have the vpn installed for it but i cant find how to do that. So very unhappy ready to delete. I do like this app aside from the vpn issue and I've even unistalled and reistalled to still not earning

Hey there Smart people, I've always really liked your app since I joined. Getting paid for my data by you guys seemed like you actually were doing the right thing as opposed to some other apps/sites/companies/corporations. However, I'm unhappy with the fact you're going back on your word and don't want to pay me anymore. Yes, I emailed support. Twice. The second time just yesterday and yet again, I'm told I'll hear back in 3 days. Hopefully I'll get this issue resolved this time!

I've had this app and had to Uninstaller and reinstall because it said no longer compatible with my device. Since reinstall, it stays on the log in page and acts like it is leading but nothing happens. This is holding my account up. What do I do now?

When the VPN is on, I'm unable to access Tinder and people have trouble hearing me over video chat. Wish there was a way to temporarily switch off the VPN instead of having to reinstall the app every time.

I'm so frustrated with this app and so mad. I had already made a review an apparently it didn't go through so I'm doing it again. I went to go redeem my rewards for the first time with $35.00 and I was planning on buying something on Amazon for Halloween and decided to use my balance on Smart Panel so I went to redeem and got a message saying "An error has occurred" Afterwards I sent an email and then was sent an email saying "Hey Smart Panelists, Unfortunately your ineligible t redeem rewards because technological changes in your device we're against our Terms of Service" I'm so MAD right now. I trusted this app for about 5 months and now I'm not gonna have the Halloween I wanted. Don't trust this app because your gonna get scammed for your data in the long run. If anything and you guys are really giving money to your users then I deserve compensation but if not then all I can say is not download this This gots to be one of the worst scams ive ever been through. ☹️ Edit: When you guys get a reply on the Play Store they block your emails that is some company. I still best recommend you guys to uninstall the app your data is getting stolen with no incentive.

I would give 4 stars because I love this app but there is a problem with the VPN and refuses to connect, so now I can't cash out my $20 rewards. I can't even get it to connect so I can earn. I have removed and redownload this app many times. Please let me Get my $20. Fantastic app when it works.

if you have this on your phone take it off. I couldn't pay my bills. it's slowed the way down. now I can't get it off. Is still require me a pin code to get into my phone. I've tried contacting support but to no avail. I just deleted the app off my phone but it still require me to put in a pen to access my own phone.

I was informed that this Smart App was ending. I am still getting emails, surveys, etc. I now have a new phone. In the surveys, you still list my old phone, etc. This was ENDED according to Smart App US
