Can't sync date when transferring exercise record. Date is set at 2000-01-01. Have to manually readjust the time. Please fix it.
update review on using ssebtr1 on android oreo & pie via bluetooth: if anyone is having problems paring and connecting, do this: reset your headphones (ssebtr1) by pressing the "next" and "low volume" buttons simultaneously for 15 seconds. this should allow your android (i also tested this on ios and it worked) to discover your headphones. try downloadin the app first and searching your ssebtr1 from within the app when it prompts you to do it. it should work. still can't connect via nfc!!!!
I have lost log data twice now. User support is woefully inadequate.

Wish was there was a web version to see the data. Maps are small on the Ap. Also my Steve export is failing when I try to use gmail - OAuth to login.
I've lost a training log twice now and there is no info anywhere on why it might have gotten lost between the device and the app, or how to retrieve it. Am I the only one experiencing this? I did nothing different, but it's gone...

Great app to support great product. B trainer is a awesome idea to release your arm while running. most people may get used to sports watch but to me I feel it annoying and unbalanced wearing it.

Great concept, lots of bugs. My android phone connects with the headphones, through NFC and the Bluetooth options, however the app does not recognize the headphones as connected and does not move past the device list (step 3). Even though the app finds the device, you cannot select it. It just hangs, the only option is to go back to the previous screen and one cannot nove forward. Whoever tested this messed up.
Would have been better if it had the music player built into the app esp for controlling device mode playback.
Not easy to connect Bluetooth using the app. It will connect to the phone, not not the app, and I even have a latest Sony phone Zx series. Good idea, but not working.

Cannot auto pop up B trainer after Nfc pairing, always redirect to the play store app page. The voice feedback automatically changed to Chinese unless i choose English in my device language setting.
Very poorly designed and implemented. Sending a Notificatuon in Japanese to me, an English speaker, took the cake and lead to this 1 star review.
Overall is good, what make me hate it is that "no~heart rate signal" n "heart rate signal ready. How to get rib of this annoying announcement!!!:(
I like everythink but the main things is to use for my mobile music and call and movie . I can't use it .

The app looks nice and has an easy to use interface. I found however that if I start a training and then want to stop it, the when I click "done", all gets stuck in a loop and I can't go back to the main menu until I restart the device. Also the"music tempo setting" g and the "shuffle all music" options are missing on android. It would be great if you can pretty select which songs you want to play during a training

There is NO customer support for the app. The app disabled data Running App Link to export my data to Strava on Oct 14th, 2019 even though the notice said that it would end on June 30, 2020. The Developer email directs you to the website for the Product support. I contacted Product support and the lady said that I called product support and couldn't help with the app. She advised me to contact to Google Play. Horrible customer service all around from Sony!
