We have read your complaints and wishes and we worked on some of them. Besides the Android Marshmallow fingerprint compatibility, simplified activation of the application via SMS, the account detail sharing feature or the automatic payment date setting, we have made your mobile banking even more comfortable and secure.

We are the first on the market to introduce an innovation – signing the payments in your Smart Banking using your fingerprint. It is not easy for an unknown person to guess your unique four-digit PIN. However, it is completely impossible that your phone will be used by someone with the same fingerprint.

I'm unable to log into my online banking due to "an unexpected error, please try again now or later" when I try to authorize the access on my smartphone. Smart key (offline) doesn't work either. *SOLVED* I found out that I could not log into smart key using biometric and I had to use pin instead. Nevertheless, it would be great to add an error mess.text saying something like "use your pin code, please". I'd appreciate to be able to modify templates there and to be able to export statements.

It's a nice app with some unpleasant limitations, like when in the app you can't access your card number (and you can't copy it), which is incredibly annoying.

I like the app and comparing to some other bank apps it's more user friendly. Navigation through different functions is easy and I like the transaction overview. But one thing that is extremely annoying is management of templates. Please add more options for management of templates - easier creation mode, possibility to delete, change overview, and similar. I hate this app because after moving to a new device it does not work. I cleaned my phones, old and new, reinstalled several times, now it does not work on either on them. I'm 1hour away from any unicredit branch, sick and do not want to travel much. But I'm completely cut off from my money, as nowadays nothing works without confirmation in app. I called infoline , they cannot help. I have finally solved the issue making a long trip and spending an hour in the bank. The hotline is useless, the Czech -speaking one refuses to speak English and the English-speaking one just hangs up saying "we're busy, try to call later".

the option "editing standing orders" does not work. When i click edit, change amount of money, the app shows me the"START DATE" in red. But the option itself is disabled. The button Next on the botom is active, but still when i click on it, nothing happens. Also dissapointing is that app doesnt allow to confirm online transactions via app like others do. 3d secure doesn't work for me. I don't receive sms codes

Some functions are really questionable. Why is it so important to name a beneficiary account? Is it to allow for the automatic categorization of expences, which just can't be turned off? When using the camera to scan account number, it does not recognize the customary type of it (such as accountNo/bank or IBAN) to fill relevant fields. Overall, I recognize some improvement, let's hope we get back all the functions there used to be in some further versions.

Can't update! And don't want! My wife did. And it's awefull. Much worse than old one. Some stupid and useles graphics and diagrams. Hard to find necessery information. Previous version was simple and easy to use. New one is very, very, very, very, very bad one!

The worst bank and app I've ever used. So user unfriendly. Really bad client service and huge fees (for sms service, card duplicating, account statement, etc). In case of invalidated operations they just block your account immediately without any user feedback ! It's crazy! Finally I'm changing the bank.

For the last few days I cannot login at all. The app stops responding after trying either fingerprint login or pin login. I have submitted numerous error logs. How am I supposed to pay my monthly accounts if I cannot access my account? It worked before, so please urgently look into the problem. Thank you.

Worst! If you enable fingerprint and open smart key - and fingerprint does not work at this moment - the app is deactivated and you have to activate it again! Since month the same issue! And - funny - it can not be activated automaticly because Unicredit is not able to send text messages to international numbers ...

Absolutely the worst mobile/internet banking ever. Crazy complicated arrangement of pin codes, passwords, phrases, flags!...impossible to remember and ridiculously restrictive requirements for a PIN code...again.. impossible to remember! Feel like I have to reset it every month! AWFUL!

Response to the Developer: Under "Templates and Recipients" there aren't saved the accounts that I have recieves transactions from. If a business partner Joe Shmoe sends me a transaction, I don't find him under the Recipients and Templates. So when I in turn have to send a transaction to him, I am forces to fill in all the details of the account, even though the system already contains all of those. Huge timewasting inconvenience.

Please, be normal innovative bank app and delete the feature where I cannot make screenshots in this app. So annoying! :D I need confirmation of payments so often and it's just not possible to do screenhot in this app (it's blocked!). That was the reason why so many times I sent money rather from other bank like Revolut.

[Question for devs: it seems that internal transfers are part of Money In in the monthly report chart but not in the same chart if you click on it and go to the mothly spendings details. Or how shall this category be used?]

Great app! I just wish I could transfer money from savings on a weekend or at night, but that's a bank problem, not an app problem. Other banks allow it.

I cannot transfer money between my accounts. I have a current and a savings and when I use the "Transfer money between accounts" option it is hardcoded so that I can transfer money from account A to account B, but not the other way around. Please test your apps better before release.

Compared to other bank apps it really fails to compare, qr code reading doesn't work most of the time, not able to change features from my card through the app...its a necessary app that doesn't provide me benefits except checking my balance and making payments

The bank fees are too high. The bank works only in their favor not customer's. Additionally Euro Account is more than worse bcos of fees. I paid once for a 20€ transaction 25€ fees. I had three CZK and one Euro accounts and I have closed them all and moved to another bank. Never again. It feels to work with thief.

The only shame is you moved exchange rates and calculator inside the app. There really is no reason to login to banking just to see that.
