Customer service is very nice, but it's ridiculous how often I have to contact them. If one thing is fixed, another issue pops up. I turned off breath monitoring because that was a joke despite numerous conversations trouble shooting with customer service. False alarms when she's not even in the room. The app works one day and not the next. I can't even remember all the issues we've had since buying this camera/ using this app. We're on our third camera if that tells you anything.
Man, what a terrible app. Just purchased, went to create an account and the app just pin wheeled forever. Closed down twice and finally just tried to log in. Somehow the account was created and was able to log in half hour later. Then tried to connect to the camera....failed time after time. Maybe 1.5 hours later finally connected. 2 attempts in and failed to reconnect to the camera and since then connects to the camera maybe half the time. What's the point??? Returning the product.
So many issues with the camera. Constant alerts for breathing issues, even when the baby isnt in the crib. After a few months camera broke, sent us a new one and now that one will only work when near the base station which needs the internet and the hook up for that isnt in the babies room. Their response when asked about that issue is unless you live in a mansion it should work. Inconsistent service. Doesnt accurately track history of waking up and sleeping, when monitoring is definitely on.
This app/camera isn't ready for production. The two stars in giving it are because when it works, it's great. However as a peace of mind / monitoring device, it's far too unstable. I used it for a little over a month. In that time, I saw a series of problems ranging from inconvenient to broken. I was frequently left without a video feed. Customer support took says to respond, apologizing that I was writing to an old address that they forgot to remove from their site.
This product is not ready for production. The app is often not compatible with updated version of Android. When my little one is removed from their crib, the blue square moves around 'finding breathing' for 1-30+ minutes. Custom service is helpful when you can connect with a person. I'd suggest moving back to beta. You have a good concept, but it needs more testing and PD investment.
12/29/20 - Would be nice to have the option to turn off infrared when it's only semi-dark in the room during the day. Auto-monitoring could be more consistent. Breathing alerts get triggered when the baby is no longer in the crib and monitoring hasn't been stopped. *Update* Hooray! Back up and running with version 2.1.41. Will have to check out the latest features but for now we can monitor our child as before.
Worst product, really unfortunate we spent this much money on a product and it simply doesn't work. Constantly says reconnecting, disconnected, camera restarting, it's trash, don't waste your money. We've had one for a year, both android and IOS devices, it's just always something with this camera and app.
***quick reply from support said to make sure email address is the exact capitalization you used when you created the login. Mine autofilled to capitalize the first letter and screwed things up. All lowercase fixed it immediately. Worked when installed initially. Now won't allow login with verified correct password and even a password reset. Unusable. Expecting very soon and had hoped we'd found a great camera solution. Not looking like it right now.
Disconnected constantly and when it comes to watching your child it's unacceptable. We have WiFi extenders and great internet and no other device has issues. It also says the base is restarting often when you are trying to monitor.
Good picture quality but crashes and disconnects from base station constantly. Poor customer service. Contacted them multiple times and just got the run around. Would rather have a cheap monitor that actually works.
Ever since the update on 7/31 it has been absolutely terrible. Connecting and disconnecting constantly. Can't see the sleep logs, sound is spotty. I almost ripped it off the wall last night I was so irritated.
I'm on a android phone. The past few days everytime I check my phone to see my baby the video is frozen and there is a blue ring that says disconnecting or connecting over and over. I have not been able to use my phone to monitor the baby. Nothing we try is fixing the problem!
Just got the camera and got it setup. Unfortunately there seems to be a bug with monitoring set position when flip screen option is selected. The spot you click to monitor is off from where it is when using non flipped screen.
This app is a real let down. It crashes constantly and I have pretty much the same issues everyone else does. I was hoping I wouldn't and I had high hopes for it's success, but after trying it home months I just don't think it's going to get better.
The app appears to be improving. I still can't trust this baby monitor though. When I remove my infant from the crib, I watch as the blue box moves around the whole screen saying "motion detected" for 5 minutes... When there is absolutely no motion. It may seem to know sometimes that I did remove her by stopping the monitoring.. How can I know that if my infant stops breathing, the blue box won't just move around and say "motion detected"? Stop trying to be so smart and do the one thing well.
Clean design. Stays connected. The breathing data is pretty impressive. No false alarms yet, but it goes off when I take my daughter from her crib (if I didn't turn it off first) so I know it's working.
Please for the love of God and all things holy, from a couple parents trying to get some sleep fix your last update so the alarm does not go off so much, it was great this app for a year and now it is trash. I'll happily give more stars and update review again when my lack of sleep is not caused by this app. Fix it!
Didn't even launch for one update but now it's fixed again. Having a baby monitor that could break at any moment isn't super great though...
Great idea, needs work. Customer support is great, but most of the time I could not get it to connect, so I couldn't see my child using the monitor.
Literally have had this cam for 9 months and it's always failing. I'm seriously over it. Throwing this in the trash where it belongs and buying a new system.
Keeps crashing after Android 11 upgrade, cannot start the app anymore, please help.
Horrible app never works correctly and crashes often. They spend their money marketing this product that wasn't ready for consumers.
Not good. Constantly crashed. My phone even notified me it's a battery sucker and crasher.
App is terrible, making the monitor worthless. It crashes and never loads.

My favorite baby product. You know it's working because you can see everything breath. This yeah blows my mind.
App keeps freezing, making this an unreliable monitoring source for using as a baby monitor.
Great for using with our 6yo! Excellent camera quality.
Its been super useful. Superb HD video. Been using it for 3 months now. It sounded the alarm a lot more in the new born stage, rarely now. On checking the baby was very still or had just jerked awake so i think the camera was not too wrong. Id rather have false alarms. It does pick up random motions when the child is not in (mobile or curtain flapping) so make sure nothing else is moving in field of vision. It has hung rarely (except for the recent issues that company has acknowledged).
