Smart Bible

Smart Bible App is one of the most dynamic Bible App I've ever downloaded. Very superb interface, easy to use and with ease of reference to other two versions of the Bible. However, I want to advise that the developers work on how to go straight to the Bible verse you want to read. It takes you to the Chapter straight without means of locating the exact verse like other Bible apps I have on my phone. I hope you get what I'm saying here. If this is addressed, I will give it 5 stars 🌟 straight.

I enjoy it since the NIV is one of the best modern English versions and your app is user friendly. I like writing notes too. May I suggest though that the actual text may be brought up as well as the chapter, instead of having to scroll down thru the chapter to find the desired verse? The main problem I have with this app is that some texts are omitted, with footnotes. I'm sure other users also would prefer to have the entire text. E. g. Acts 28:32; the footnotes can still be included.

This is a good app overall. It would be nice if it kept my place though. I'll go to read a couple passages and when I come back to the app it has gone back to the home screen. When I then check the history it will show a previous chapter I had read instead of the most recently read chapter. Translation context would also be nice but I understand the included cost of adding that so it's ok it doesn't have it.

I like this app a lot, like to be able swipe and get the alternate version (your choice) of a verse. Really, though one thing I don't care for is losing my ability to highlight verses unless I pay. Never saw anything about it until it was gone. Good app, but that put me off, less likely to use it now.

This is easy to read and it is very simple to acess books with just one click on a clear screen as well as individual verses. I like the option to save verses as favourites and these are available at a click. I tried many Bible apps before deciding on this one.

Dissapointing & money orientated Thought it was great till i realised u cant do anything useful with it to progress in studying the word to change your life & help teach others as you can't do much till u pay them. It costs them maximum $25 to have a standard app. Why charge? Highlight & book mark requires a paid update 🙄😒😠 favorites only. Forced 2 watch various ads for points 2enable highlights but no highlights still May as well revert to drab cheap app that allows those simple features

Love it. Super easy to navigate and no ads, however it does have a subscription plan. You can't highlight verses without a subscription, but you can still use the app normally.

A very sweet interface and an awesome app. Great concept Definitely I will recomnend. Easy to use and navigate. I have downloaded quite a fair number of NIV and bouquet flavo of Bible versions but Smart Bible is for smart people and smart Christians. Well done. Please work on reference version, concordance and features like large font size, deletion of single and mutiple history items. God Bless You.

I love this app. I am able to highlight in different colors. I also love that I can switch between KJV and NIV on individual verses. I also am able to easily adjust the font size.

What's not to like? I like it because it is clean: no upsells, notifications, ads. It is easy to use. I like how all the Bible chapters are displayed on one page, finding ones place in the Bible is fast (definitely faster than using a paper version).

While there are some chapters I can't seem to scroll down to and an annoying glitch where the selection menu that pops up when you select a verse doesn't go unless you select, then unselect an app, I have no complaints. Also, would it be possible for someone to add more than one bookmark to a verse?

I personally have been using this app for about a month. It worked with smart phone and tablet. you can change the theme and font format and size. very easy english. easy to search with different key words. I will recommend anyone who read this review.

NIV being the easiest version to understand, this Bible App specifically is so easy & user friendly with multiple ways to distinguish a verse such as using "Bookmark, Highlights, Taking Notes, Favorites, History". In addition to the aforementioned BEST FIVE, there are all those wonderful colours & shades that makes me joyful since I am able to grasp and remember the Verses at ease. I excctly am able to do similar to what is in my physcial HOLY BIBLE with underlining & Highlighting. THANKING GOD

lovely, really great seamless experience. just improve on the notes, they get stuck. my app malfunctioned anf haven't been able to open a set of very important notes. every time I try to open the entry it just jams then goes back to bible books.

Hi guys, you are doing a really great job in sharing the word. And for that I gave you 5 stars. However, please add one feature: Dark Mode. FOR THE LATEST VERSION Thanks for having the dark mode in the app, i appreciate the time and effort you put to improve it. I also appreciate the fact that you have removed the pop up adds but it doesn't bothers me when this was still present in the previous version. I just thought this will help you raise some funds to support you.

Easy to find verses. Clean layout. The only problem is if you have the ads popping up, even though i had my sound turned down an ad popped up, overode my sound setting and played loud music in the middle of the sermon.

I'd been using this app since 2019, and it is a great app to use even in free mode, ads only needed when I wanted to highlight verses. And for those who complain about ads: (though wondering as I never encountered ads while using this even my net is on, better off your internet connection when it is in Sunday service or fellowship meeting. ☺️ Thank you and may God bless the one behind this app! ❤️

This app is awesome. I'm not very phone savvy and I have no problems. In church I am able to keep up. I like that I can switch from NIV to King James. People that sit around me are shocked at how easy it is to get around. Now I can look things up and read anytime. I love it and highly recommend

Love this app. i love: being able to highlight verses. Being able to view all my highlighted verses on a list and not have to find them. Most importantly easy to understand (NIV) CONS: I DON'T LIKE THE FOOTNOTES THAT'S THE ONLY PART I FIND CONFUSING.

The app functions seemlesly and without any forced ads. It also has so many facilitative functions that makes a reader's life much easier. Its obvious the developers put alot of work to make this app this awesome!!!

I absolutely love this bible app, it makes reading the bible fun and exciting for me. I have never left a review on any app ever before but I have to for this one because of the great job the developers did. The features are just phenomenal, the fact that a click on my favorite, bookmarked and highlighted verse takes me directly to the whole chapter is divine. The app has an amazing, colourful UI and its very user friendly features. It's got the exact features required for a bible app and its all free. It maybe a bit too colourful but it's beautiful all the same. Loved It!

GOOD JOB ! I paged through some of the comments, it took only a few minutes to page through negative comments. I wasn't able to complete paging through the positive comments (they were too numerous.) I have purchased a lifelong upgrade at a MORE than reasonable price. The problems discussed in the negative comments are non-existent in my upgraded version. Maybe those who commented negatively should be advised to upgrade, since it's so reasonably priced. Thank you to all involved and God bless.

Best electronic bible available. I have tried many many bible apps before and this one works the best. It's easy to use, great performance, and extremely organized. It's exactly what I needed. Find anything and everything fast.

It is easy to find the scripture I want to read. I can read forward or go back past where I started to help me with the context. This App is easy to use. It is my first choice among 5 others I occasionally use.q

Very easy to find verses. The concordance search feature is very useful. To share the verses to social media is quite simple and not complicated.

Accurate! I suggest to developer please improve the design and just remove over populated color design. Just make it more simple and user friendly. And set the letters to medium size not big size.

The chance to check out different versions of the scripture is awesome And also being able to search a particular word o reference is perfect

Very smart app. Easy to use and very convenient. However, I want more variety in the color highlights especially the color yellow.
