After uploading the reading via this app there is no way to tell whether we have uploaded it correctly or if reading has been recorded. Hence you will be relax after uploading the reading but at the end of the month came to know that reading was not done!! You have nothing to prove that reading was done via smart bijlee app. 1. Atleast a mail , SMS should be sent upon successful reading. 2. An option to see what we have uploaded

Purpose is good but never works like online services. Take at least 8-10 days to update online payment status should max within 24 hrs. Previous bill payment never shows latest payment but shows 2( two) month ago status. Don't do name corrections correctly. I applied for spell corrections and address details but only 30% job done and stopped. Nothing doing helpful though lot of options available to do online. Must be improved and acive for limited timelines.

Seriously hopeless! Reinstalled the app, now I don't remember my user ID... or I remember my user ID the app or their website doesn't! There is no help at all anywhere. Crashes after first use. When trying to launch the app later it just won't open. It has to be uninstalled and reinstalled for it to work.

The app has lot of tiles for different function but none of them work properly. I AM NOT EVEN ABLE TO VIEW THE BILL ITSELF which is the most basic function of any utility app. There is a hell lot of improvement required in the app.

Bill payment experience is very bad. App shown successfull payment of bill and amount is deducted from the account , but still I am getting paid amount + new month bill. This is wastage of time doing payment from the app.

App does not allow enter service number starting with N, and without N it is not accepting ivrs number.. shows incorrect ivrs error. Can't even login to app and register FOC complaint. Need to fix bugs.

Either the app has not been thoroughly tested or it has been designed like this to fulfill the requirement on paper.There are various P0 category bugs in the app with which nobody in their sane mind would recommend to release.Some of the bugs related to functionality are: 1. The app crashes when you try to register a complaint - with this bug nobody would release it unless you want it to be like that. 2. Social connect - returns error I could list out at least 50 more bugs but the word limit

Few hours after spot billing, the bill becomes available for payment on Amazon, Paytm, Payzapp, FreeCharge, etc. Apps but even after more than a week, Smart Bijlee App does not get updated with current bill for online payment. Our own distribution company home app does not get updated simultaneously with or even before third party apps is really questionable and deploring situation. Despite current bill having been paid online 20-25 days back, but it still shows outstanding n sms reminders sent.

This app only for show off. Services on this app is only for showing app has multiple option and electricity board feel proud . In this digital age they cheat their customer in very shophisticated manner. If you give meter reading by self i.e. meter photo reading,It only shows meter reading has been sussccesfully submit but you will get you bill 3-4 times more of your real photo reading. Please stop making fool to your customer.

App does not provide the full particulars of bill to download for consumers to keep record. Also the app needs more functionalities to add. App does not provide or support multiple payment options, most of the time payment through Billdesk is not working.

Just like any other government work. Not useful at all. App is just created to fulfill requirements on paper and show it to higher authority so they can brage about it in front of people... Worst app ever at least now. Don't expect from them if they fix the bug.

Complain sections doesn't work. The app stops working once I press submit. Do develop better when you are using public money. App is quite useless for customers. Do test before launching. And when did you last fix bugs !! July 2019!! That's how you authorities support your app?

This app is useless. Bill payment is impossible as when we click on it it shows a blank page. Complaints also can not be submitted. I can not use any feature of this app. In one word, this app is worst.

Worst app , firstly the app dosent open on the very first instance, then you can only pay through this app you can't do anything else, you can't upload your meter reading pic as it use to show different types of error i.e ivrs number is not available or this service is not available in your area.

Best facility by electricity board there were lot of issues with the aap but as a workaround you can open and give feedback automatically it will start again.I hope bugs are fixed in this version.It is very useful and easy to use.

Don't know why ppl are repeatedly saying that they can't submit their meter reading with this app.This app has worked perfectly fine for me.You will be prompted to enter your meter reading in figures once you have uploaded the photo.Please do so otherwise your reading won't be submitted.

Good facility at door step. No need to stand on lines to pay bill. Online bill can be seen & can be deposited thru this app. Thtswhy it v v v good for consumers. In future If all facilities can be done in this single app. Thn tht will be much more better like application for connections or for disconnections. Can complain for any problems & action shud be also done immediately tht will be v good for every consumer bcoz we dont have to go offices 100 times for any small or big work. Thanks.

I never wanted to give a single star to thi application. It has been designed with the scarcity of data and designing tools. Pathetic experience. Does not even recognize the IVRS no.!!🙄

One of the worst app i have ever seen. During payment time App automatically shows error time out and always payment is stuck there.then go to nearest station to resolve this problem. Totally worst app.

What kind of application it is !! Not able to file complaint. When you have to pay bill the application redirects you to desktop site and again you have to fill your details. Worst mobile application.

I liked your app, but there is no option to create a profile of the rular area, The format in which a paper bill is received, you can see the bill on the website, but the view bill option does not come on your app, please correct it.

Last month bill updated timely and I paid without any problem but Bill is not updated in the app in this month so I can't paid it timely. Office staff is answering hilariously late fee is Rs 10/- only. Update information timely.

Useless app. There are many options that wont work. The app is just for paying your current bill. You cant even see your past bill or payments. Such a waste.
