This app worked well for over a year. Unfortunately, on Aug 31, 2021 it required an update. Since a reinstall of the app it doesn't save the fingerprint state even though it indicates that it has been activated. On restart in requests a pin for the app. This has been attempted at least 10 times without success.
The app won't open because it is requesting to update to the latest version and when I click okay there is no latest update. So I uninstall and install to get the latest version and it still says it not the latest version. The app is useful to only check your balance. You can't activate or deactivate any services like stopping the message services so that you don't get charged 15 cent for every notification or do the most important thing a bank does is take money from one account to another -_-
Thanks for English language in settings! Its really helpful for foregin students/people who come here to stay for a long time, also adding the card to gpay and samsung pay was great and easy too. Wish the main Bper app was like this one too.
Thank you for updating your apps. Hope you give us the permission for money transfer.For instance, I can't pay the house rent or pay the bills even through mobile application or through internet apps. Moreover. I review the bper agency with many mail but unfortunately there is no answer our mail reply ☹.

Doesn't work on cirrus/maestro debit (bancomat). There is still a lot to work to be done on your "smart" services dear BPER. Here's another former UBI customer forced to change for the worse.

No bank should force you to use an app to get a Bancomat PIN.
After the last update the app alway says that the service is not available and asks to retry later. Not even the web version works and goes in timeout. How could I even use my card if I'm neither able to check how much left in it? If I try to contact through the email support on Bianca.it I can't cause I'd be forced to accept marketing and data sharing with third parties, not even respectful of the gdpr.. utterly ridiculous.
