it is usefull to get to know about your mobile app and will help you to diagnose the issue.. i found many people didnt like it becuase they completely lost to und erstand this app because its a diagnostic tool. it just tells you where would be issue but dont fixes it. and you dont have to expect it.. i like this app.. atleast i found some of the usefull info. like turn off wireless where not required will stable battery

While this app wont apply physical fixes to your problematic areas, it will help you get to the settings of the areas your having problems with to fix them yourself. Granted not good for thinking this app will fix all your phones problems for you (it wont) but possibly handy for those android novices that want to be shown where the problems may lie.

tech sprt said I should've used buyers beware, & not chose CARRIER THAT opted out of the 1yr manuf. warranty, that u sold to them. I trusted u only sold to honest carriers. Ur product is defective has been over heating since 2.5weeks after I bought it the LTE/4G stopped too. I loved my S4 & Tab other then over heating, so when read cons. & prod reviews & it being fixed. I went &bought the s6. That was a huge mistake, u won't even fix ur own product, or warn ppl that u find ways around it by letting opt out

Samsung rules when it comes to bloatware. I've had phones by most manufacturers you can name. None have as much absolute garbage, waste-of-space apps as Samsung does. Apparently they don't mind driving away customers.

Complete waste of time. There is nothing in this app that you won't find in the handbook. Any real problem and it's out of it's depth. Will install rather than waste the space.

good app and device testing, troubleshooting. originally from Samsung. it's weird it doesnt baked together from the manufacturer originally. thanks Samsung. and please, give later firmware upgrades for our devices. :D

This app is great for beginners and novices. It troubleshoots basic problems easily. For advanced users it's a bit lacking. I hope they can implement some of the troubleshooting guides for advanced users. So far, so good.

I have a Note 3 and this app doesn't do a thing for me.

This app is only useful if you want it to tell you what you already know. It can't diagnose any problems you are having with apps

Would be useful if Samsung aftercare even existed. Terrible customer service from a so called renowned manufacturer. You could learn much from Apples customer care! Starting with carrying out your own repairs instead of using 3rd party repairers and being like Apple that if a handset breaks it get replaced by new handset. No questions. No refurb units. And you have the hard neck to be asking IPhone prices on the S6. Maybe when you get your act together. But is a Samsung so not worth the £900 price tag!

Only lets you address problems from a narrow list of options. If your problem is not listed it is no use at all.

Doesn't help with issues of problems. Rarely finds issues or problems and certainly can't fix anything

If you're looking for the Washer/Dryer diagnosis app, you've come to the wrong place. This app is only for finding problems on Samsung phones.

This app is useless. The only help it has is turn up the volume, and do a software update. Does nothing to help fix a real problem. Dont waist your time with this app...

Nothing to find here. Just some basic troubleshooting that you would find in the back of the manual if the phone came with one. If you need to check if your phone is switched on to troubleshoot not receiving calls then this is the app for you.

Well if I had read the description rather than an interview some idiot posted about I wouldn't have downloaded this it's really stupid it's a waste of time it doesn't diagnosed anything and doesn't connect you to any customer service or tech support.

My phone is having connectivity issues unless I'm actually signed into a wireless network (not 4g). This diagnostic app only agreed with me. It does NOT suggest what could be the cause(s), some actions I could take to figure out what is the problem, or why it's happening.

Worthless, I found and self diagnosised the same conclusion this app did which is not good

It was made to do specific things. And the things its supposed to check? It hits right on the money. Gives you diagnostics very fast and reliable. I highly recommend this to any SamSung w Android IOS.
