Smart Chef Smart Food Scale

This product functions... passably... as a kitchen scale (even if the scale constantly beeping is irritating beyond belief). The problem lies in the many other features the app supposedly offers but falls short on. Most features outside of the scale, namely the Cafe option crashes constantly and is almost entirely unusable. This is very disappointing. One star until I can actually use the feature I bought this thing for instead of another, cheaper electric scale.

I've owned the scale for about 3 weeks, and the app will not work anymore. It crashes when opening saying Smart Scale has stopped working. Updated android. Still doesnt work. Reinstalled the app. still doesnt work. So now the scale is basically useless, as there is no display, and the app keeps crashing. Also, the scale no longer supports myfitness pal, which was not obvious from its description on amazon and one of the major reasons I bought it.

As of right now the app is hot trash. I can't even explore the features without midway through it asking me for a 2nd time to select a service. And if ya do click one it just sends you to a inf loading screen. Will check back in a month see if they updated. I so want this app to work would make life so much easier.

Most useless scale. Not intuitive at all to use. I'm assuming you'd have to enter food manually before you can weigh anything. Whats the point of a scale that won't weigh immediately without jumping through hoops. Throwing scale in garbage.

App is super glitchy. The actual scales usb cord doesn't even fit! I tried to figure this out and it's not worth it. It's not a very smart app or scale. Bluetooth won't discover it. Sorry but this needs a lot of work.

I cannot set the brew time for espresso app. 25 sec is the default but unable to change it. Otherwise works fine.

Downloaded app. Logged in as guest. Clicked my plate. Scanned a barcode and it crashed. Relaunched. Clicked speed mode. Crashed. Uninstalled.

"smart scale keeps stopping" every time i try to open it. uninstalled, reinstalled, and determined to be totally worthless!!

scale is just crashing. ☹. I uninstalled and installed again several times over 2 weeks same issue. it is just crashing

Purchased the scale one year ago. Latest update has caused me to be unable to log in. Scale will not work.

Unable to use on samsung device (S10) .loads but crashes immediately. Of no use to me .B

I'm having problems connecting to Bluetooth! I need help.

I loved using the scale for the first few months but now i cant get it to work with the app anymore. The scale seems to still be working bit it no longer shows the weights to the app. I cant use the tear to zero function anymore amd the only way to see the current weight of my food is by constantly changing it back and forth between oz and lb settings.

Crashes constantly. Renders the scale completely useless.

Couldn't connect to blue tooth

So I literally just signed onto weight watchers...I was so excited to start my weight loss journey using the number one rated online weight loss program..I decided to add the weight watchers app to go along with my subscription，but the app will not connect...I have been waiting for over an hour and am trying to get a connection...I wanted to stop using the MyFitnessPal app and use all of the weight watchers apps instead，but it seems like that wont be possible..I am so not a happy camper right now..

Canadian (British Columbia): would not recognize my WW user name/password. Changed password, rebooted android phone. Tried many times. Canadian support person on phone said she was using android without problems. Mine is: Samsung Galaxy SIII mini, android version 4.4.2 Frustrated

Downloaded this on both android and iPod and each time it just kept stating "finding smart scale" and wouldn't allow me to add anything or do anything with the app on both devices. Also why do you need to have bluetooth on to use it. That runs down your battery.
