Not as user friendly as needed. When it shows the list documentation needed. It does show you the date or doctor. You have to go click on each to find infomation. If you have a long list, it frustrating. Also, app times out too fast. Had to login multiple times to complete my list. Convenient that you can take pictures of receipts or add attachments. Get some receipts now as text with link. Would be nice if app could handle these.

UPDATE: I was able to create the account but its assinine that it can't share the account with their "sister" app Alight. Can't even create an account.. let alone log into it. Based on the error messages - There is something wrong in their back end servers. I put extra money into my account (so I could upload receipts for acupuncture procedures where they don't take a credit card and then I can upload my receipts for reimbursement) . FIX IT !

Terrible. Why can't I upload a file for explanation of benefits (EOB)? Only photos are acceptable. I have to printout 10 pages and take photos of each page and upload them to process a claim. This is the worst app. I can't view my attached photo to check if it's acceptable, if I do I have to start over. Maddening.

Difficult. So many Hoops to jump through. It has declined my payment without an alert three times now. Everytime it declines it doesn't even tell me why. And I can't figure out the reason. Previous app I used was reimburse me and it was so easy. If you don't get alerts for a reason why it's declining you can potentially lose your money if you're not paying attention.

I hate this app! It hasn't made the process for me easier. When I submit a claim to pay the provider it only gives the option to submit a receipt. Once i submit the bill, I still get an action required email. Claims that have been paid already are also listed as eligible for reimbursement and/or action required. It's just confusing for me. I hate it.

I thought the app was a good thing but you can't even upload receipts, you have to upload a photo. Everytime I think I have the process down for submitting these receipts you guys change it. Just wastes a bunch of time trying to figure out how to upload these receipts when it would have been faster to log onto the website on the computer and upload these receipts. I don't know why taking a photo or screen shot are the only option on the app.

Miserable app! Good luck getting your reimbursement. Difficult to use this cumbersome app. A poor choice. *****UPDATE******This is STILL one of the worst apps ever! Nothing has improved and it's nearly impossible to get your money out. I doubt that I will contribute to my HSA in the future if my employer doesn't offer a better app for reimbursement.

It is absolutely essential that we have the ability to communicate about a claim via email or chat, or some ongoing conversation in the app. It is very frustrating to get a cryptic status from the reviewer and have no means for clarification. This problem goes beyond the app to the whole approach to dealing with the customer. Please make it easy to communicate back and forth with the reviewer! Staying on hold with Customer Service and not being answered is not an acceptable approach.

Everything was great with the first claim that was set to be paid with a check, buy when I wanted to change over to direct deposit, I have to verify the account by some small deposits made to my bank, but the verification has to be done using internet explorer, which I do not have. So now I can't submit another claim because it's in the direct deposit mode...app needs to be supported by all servers

App keeps closing out before finishing. Have to sign in multiple times. Just like the calls to verify information. The rep keeps disconnecting the call. Have called 4 times and each time call is disconnected

No email for submitting referrals us mail or fax. Chat function responded not in hours during open hours. Was getting false error message on opening app, (desktop)seems to have gone away. First setup calls about 10 to 20 minutes to get a person (does have call-back feature) to transfer you to correct number (unlisted) had over 1 hour wait times.

In app photo process does not work. Only option to submit receipt is to take picture first and then attach from your Gallery. App crashes while attempting to use "take photo" option. Why no option to attach a pdf? Various usability issues resulting in app crashes. Not a great solution at all.

I wish o could give it no stars. I can't even login as it says i have a poor Internet connection. I am connected to WiFi. Tried to call and the nice lady informed me that this is a problem with my phone and then we were disconnected. This all seems like a big waste of time.

Interface extremely buggy, randomly switches to different accounts, has bugs in date selection which do not permit selecting dates prior to the year that you are currently in, claims get stuck in processing indefinitely and require calls to customer service to advance the claim status. Calls to customer service have hold times over 4 hours if you do not get in line exactly when they open. True garbage.

Password stops working. Can't auto reset. Have to call and speak to a person who doesn't know how to and has to send it to the next level. Links don't link correctly. In general, this is a lowsy company, not just their app. Stuck with them because it's who my employer chooses.

Horrible. Cant submit claims since drop down menu doesnt work. Much more difficult to use and harder to get reimbursed that our previous HSA app through Cigna that was tied to our Cigna Insurance. We could pay bills based on the claims in the app rather than having to submit receipts etc. Very unhappy.

App does not function properly. Frequent log-outs in the middle of the claim. Receipts for claims will more often than not fail to be successfully uploaded, despite a message confirming their success. Trying to resolve any issues with submitted claims is a time-consuming nightmare.

Easy to use. I can quick see my balance and file claims. I LOVE the Provider signature option for receipts. My only complaint is that the app times out quickly. So sometime when obtaining signatures it times out of the provider isn't immediately available.

These things make me unhappy 1. No option to see your password as you are typing. 2. No way to attach a needed invoice to a claim. Had to print the invoice-which was on my phone- and then take a picture of the invoice. Thus should definitely be an option.

Awful, obvious disconnect between app and website. Must be logged in to website to upload PDF's. No notifications when making changes to website or app aside from creating account. Phone reps provide little to no help because the app is so bad and have to cover for the obvious awfulness of the app. Finally uninstalled app won't be needing to worry about using this. Wellness Balance is only useful for covering gym shoes and possibly a smart watch with some effort. Not worth the hassle.

Terrible, nothing smart about it. I ask for direct deposit reimbursement and they sent me not one but two checks for the same amount. At least that's what I assume happened because I was put on hold for 30 min and got hung up on when I called to ask where my health spending account money disappeared to. The app doesn't even say where the money went but nobody wants a physical check so to default to that is idiotic. Ridiculously stupid process and poor customer service makes them the worst.

Login is straight up broken. I changed my password THREE times and then when trying to login, it fails. Huh?! Finally, I decided to try through website. Succeeds. I thought I was going insane. What a piece of junk.

I can log into my account on my chrome browser with no problem. I used the same username and password multiple times in the app and couldn't log into my account. I tried resetting the password in the app and it asks me security questions I didn't set. I changed my questions with the chrome browser but the app still was asking the same security questions as before. The app is useless and it needs work.

The app logs you out every time you leave it to go do something else like look at an email or notification. I don't know what the developers must be thinking. We're not guarding the nuclear launch codes here, folks. At least give me the option to turn that off. Highly annoying!

Claims are denied with no explanation, no notification, and no option for dispute. Expenses paid with card are listed as "eligible for reimbursement", but they were already paid with the card, what does this mean? No place to save receipt images until needed. The app logs out much too quickly, so I'm constantly needing to log in again. If you submit a claim, you can't specify whether it agai, st HSA or FSA and it seems like claims for HSA are being applied against FSA, so they're being denied.
