I downloaded the trial app, when 7 days were up I was charged $265. For full year. I immediately cancelled my subscription and requested a refund. I have sent multiple emails and talked to google play with no response. very very poor customer service 😢😢. Would definitely love to hear from a representative about this issue

This app is a scam . I dint subscribe and still it's asking for 16500 for the payment . Thankfully I dint have such amount in my bank account so the amount dint get deducted. I just did 3 days trial . And automatic it took to the account deduction. If i trt to cancel the subscription the option ones came and now it doesn't even shows the option . How can google play store accept such scam apps very disappointed

Don't even trial this app. I've cancelled it before the trial finished and some how it was reactivated. I see other people have the same issues as me. I've reached out to Google for help who told me to reach out to the developer but developer has ghosted. Google, this is a scam and you should know to take this app down immediately and refund our money.

THEFT of everyone who downloads this app. $199.99 per year, get real! I downloaded this app, and un installed within a few hours. You cannot cancel since they hide the cancelation link, and they hide it good. You can only find it AFTER your billed, then you will not get a refund,. Google Play is not a bit of help, and just says sorry charlie no refunds per our policy. If I could mark a NEGATIVE STAR BELOW it would be Negative 100. I have used my buyer protection from PayPal to get my $$ back, but this results in the developer getting his money as well, and this guy should be in jail! If Google Play does this I am done with them as well. REMOVE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS FROM GOOGLE PLAY ASAP!

This is a SCAM that will cost you $200! The app charges you $200 (plus tax) and signs you up for a repeating 1 year subscription without making it clear that they are going to charge you anything. I didn't ever intend to pay them anything, and somehow I was charged $200 and was set to be charged another $200 a year later, even if I didn't have the app installed or ever use the service. Don't install this app! This app is written by criminals and shouldn't be allowed on the Play Store. I want a refund of my $200 now!

Yes even without indication direct debit to my account of rs. 16900 after the expiry of 3 days trial. It was no where mentioned about automatic purchase after trial period. It's a mischief to me. If the developer refunds the amount then only can conclude about the genuinelity of this app.

This is a fraud and scam. They will deduct Rs. 16900 without any notifications after 3 days of installing the app. The developer is not responding with regard to the fraud. Google playstore is also responsible for this fraud as they haven't properly verified the app. You can see many people lost their money with this scam. DO NOT EVER DOWNLOAD THIS APP. If downloaded already, better block your card or any payment account that's linked with Google.

FRAUD FRAUD. SCAM APP. Most fraudulent application . They say free trial which makes you download the app. I downloaded the same on 29.12.19 and on 31.12.19 my American express card was debited by Rs 16900/-. I tried my best to recover my money acting swiftly but till date no luck. I have requested developer also to refund today but no response from him too. Will keep fighting with Google as they should not allow such apps to be sold from their play store. It's a breach of our trust on Google.

I had activated the free trial on 3 Dec 2019 and then suddenly 6 Dec 2019, i have 16,900 INR debited from my account without my consent. This is unauthroized charge and when I contact google about this, they request to contact the developer. This outrageous by the developer first and then google itself. This is the average monthly salary of an individual. I need my money back. And whoever the THUAV studio is, it's simply ridiculous, pay my money back.

I wish there was a zero. Scam. Advertised as free then they charge 269.00 Can for a year subscription without you knowing. I do not understand why Google play is letting a scam app on their site. So I will not quit contacting google play until this app is removed. Luckily I am stubborn.

The app is free for three days, then they want to charge 200usd for a yearly subscription. Who in their right mind would ever subscribe to a compass app?? Absolute scam. Dont waste your time on this app

This app is a scam I have reported them stealing money out of my pay pal account. Do not use it. I never purchased it but it showed up on my pay pal. Google play notified.pay pal notified bank notified. Ombudan notified. I have had no response from the owner of this app still under investigation

I activated free trail of 3 days for this app, and they deducted 779aed from my account before the end of free trial itself and now they aren't refunding back my money!! I mean 15000inr for this app!! Atrocious !

What a fu**ing fraudster. I installed this app to check for compass just for a day. It says Free trial and deducts 17000/- INR after 3days. They are not refunding the amount now even after cancellation.

Don't install this app. It's a scam. They charged me 265$ without any indication. It said it was free and within 3 days they took the money. Google support said they can't do anything and talk to developer. The developer doesn't reply to this email. If you you reading this.. thank you..it's my hard earned money.... the money is equivalent to a average month salary.. hope you get what you deserve... Google shame on you for having loop holes for supporting this scam

This is a scam. After downloading it and trying it for like 5 minutes I removed it. 3 days later I was charged 450$ Canadian for the app without warning. This is insane.

I downloaded this and it was written it was a free trial for 3 days. I activated that for a trial version and the next moment i got this message that INR 16,900 is debited to my account. It's fraud.

It costs north of 16000 Rupees for a year. Too much for a compass app. Way too much. If it was 160 rupees, I would be okay with it but 16000 rupees, no way!

Fraud Fraud Fraud First they said its free then after some days they tried to deduct 16900 frim my debit card, but by the grace of God they were not successful and I got a call from my bank and immediately we blocked the card. I have not entered any card information at the time of App Installation.

Do not download this app! The developer does not take responsibility for their product or to their customers. My child downloaded this 'free' app. I received a receipt for almost $300 a few days later. They will not refund this huge amount of money or even respond to any attempts at communication. This Company is a Scam!

The app free trial is very costly. Please refund the trial amount of Rs. 16900/- immediately. This clearly shows Google client security is weak as ' no confirmation was sought before making this unauthorised transaction of Rs. 16900/- from my bank account' see the clause mentioned in app description: (After the free 3-day trial, if you're willing to pay, the payment will be charged to your google play account at confirmation of purchase.) Very pathetic on part of Google........

The "Free Trial" billed $199.99 through the Google Store. I cancelled the subscription and want my money back.

Can't figure out how to unactivate and I will not pay that price for something I won't use more than the trip I had to use it for!

This is a fraud ....they have deducted rs 17000 from my account just because of installing it..on name of 1 year subscription...kindly avoid...you will not get your money back

I uninstall the app immediately and after 3 days without My permission/approval they have deducted 16900/- . And now they are not ready to refund. They are the big scoundrels. How come Google such a big name can allow such scoundrels in their play store. Even Google is responsible for this. I lost 16900 without My authorization. If I don't get My money in 2 days I will go to consumer court
