a. By this app Customer can register any complaints.
b. After successful complaint registration customer will get a tracking number and Customer will know the status of any complaints against tracking Number.
c. Customer will get a SMS with the contact Number of technical team from DPDC when a technical team assigned against his/her complaint.
d. Customers are able to send feedback with rating number against service providing by DPDC.

It doesn't work. i tried several times to submit my customer number but the apps didn't respond as per it designed.

Wasted my time. This is eyewash to loot people's money by DPDC. They bill unjustly and then force people to pay.

Totally useless
This app can't access to my customer number. Such a rubbish app; just a puppet show to the people. The team behind this app is simply irresponsible. I would like to draw the attention of higher officials in this regard.
