I have downloaded it but when I tap to check my diet plan it was saying to fill the information,, and I'm 15 years old. does it matter, please solve it as soon as possible

Says diet plan but you have to make it yourself, wouldn't need an app if I knew how to make one for myself

Such a great effort and found it helpful. It's a good guide for all young dietitians and the good thing is it covers all Pakistani foods..... But I didn't found chapati during meal planing so I suggest to add chapati also in food list. Thank you.
