Smart doorbell is a remote view App of visitors that use with the doorbell hardware , when visitors come, App will receive real-time push. When there is no visitors, the user can also take the initiative to view the video doorbell.

The notifications stop to work after the app is left open and the phone screen is left off. I tried my newer LG G6 running Android 8 and an older LG Charge running Android 6. If i leave the phone and app open and never turn off the screen it seems to always work. Please fix this bug that seems to be only an App issue and you would finally have a good working product and I would give you 5 stars.
app is terrible. keeps not responding. I was having alot of connection issues so i erased the app and when i tried to re download it,its been problems. may have to invest in the ring or a better product. I like it at first but the android app isnt working and they're not helping.
Dor bell works a few hours after install.... then it doesnt... when trying to connect to it just says "connecting" and yes, i have tried to reset it... btw... when it does work... it takes like a minute to connect to the phone... piece of cra*. Avoid avoid avoid avoid
An absolute pos, do not buy the software is garbage and the developers 'new bug free' software is worse than the previous versions - mine has gone in the bin, I'll save up and buy a more expensive version that actually works.

Slow and worthless glad the app was free. Slow slow slow and drops connection. Bell other side of wall where wifi is. Just sux. Save your money and just get the real deal RING
Mr. Luo, The software didn't work. It cannot find the Smart Doorbell. Customers who has bought this item has also experience Major problems with the software. Of course your laughing all the way to the bank but that's not the way to show good honest conduct to your customers. Sort out this software. Maybe anyone who's about to buy or install your product won't run for the hills.
Terrible experience. App is constantly bugging my phone saying it can't close. Then I can't open it or connect to the doorbell. These guys are not serious, selling you a doorbell you can't use afterwards.
I would give this no stars, but 1 is the lowest. This is a piece of junk. It worked for one day. I am unable to connect at all. It keeps asking for login and password. After entering numerous times, it will not let me in to my account. There is no way to contact the maker of this junk. There is no label on the doorbell and no information at all who to contact. Junk! Don't buy it!
Opens but does nothing. No buttons, levers, switches or knobs, much less bells and whistles. Literally opens but does nothing.
If someone, ANYONE would update the app I would give it 5 stars because the doorbell works great and has a great hi def video. Edit 2/25 updated. so far it is working I will give more stars fingers crossed!
Does not work. Unlike the previous software version, this one crashes at startup. Rendering the doorbell useless.
This app used to work perfectly. Not any more. Please fix it so that I can connect to my replacement doorbell. (Someone tampered with the old one)
the doorbell works good but the application is garbage. I was told you can add multiple cameras but that is not true. Wish they would fix the application
new update cannot install properly and now the application crashes each time you try to run it. Not fit for purpose.
Was working. Now locked on load screen. So unreliable after waiting 4 mths for updates none. Door bell is now in the bin. Will buy a proper one. One that works

one of the worst apps on my phone. cant even open the app anymore. when i could i had connection issues the camera is great but app is terrible.
Has always worked till this last update now the app won't launch and constantly crashes in background.

Does not notify always when someone has pressed the button. Need that fixed asap.
Don't buy the device that works with this app, I never seen before a terrible app like this, I think also a baby can develop a app better then this one
All I'm getting is a pic of a house and what looks like a wifi extender it's not connecting to set up or going past that screen
App keeps closing and keeps disconnecting if you can ever get it to work the app and doorbell will be sent to the curb...JUNK
Wish I could give it no stars app won't even open to set up absolute junk please dont buy because you won't even get feedback from the makers digoo. Stay well clear.
useless app ... nothing is working after update ... do not buy this dorbell product!!! over web stores!
Works but takes over 40 seconds to notify you. Also, it won't notify you if the app is in the background. Have removed power optimisation from app, power saving and still doesn't work. Needs alarm wakelocks or just to leave the app running with no auto lock. Nearly usable. Please fix.
