Smart Financial Mobile App

Basic banking app that provides most of what you need. It would be great if they partnered with Zelle and include that feature.

Smart Financial has the best banking app on the market, I'm been a customer for years and when they came out with is app it made online banking less stressful. besides the time to time maintenance, witch is a good thing . it reassure me that they are working hard to keep me protected, but first and far most it's user friendly.

The latest version of the app broke the fingerprint log in for me. I have two logins, one for business and one for personal. Before yesterday, I could log in to either with my fingerprint. Now, the fingerprint only works if I don't switch between the two.

I have no issues once so ever. It shows immediately when money's being put in and/or out, transfering money between checkings and savings is just a few taps with no hassle, and I get to sign in with just my fingerprint so, no times wasted when I want to see the deal with my money. I couldn't be more convenienced.

I wanted to remote deposit a check. It told me the deposit was successful. ALL other banks tell you if they cannot read the check during a remote deposit. When I kept wondering where my money was I had search around the app only to find a tiny message saying that the check couldn't be read.

I've been with Smart Financial for about 8 years now and this newly updated app is a great sign that they are keeping up with the times. Easy to use and can get all of my banking needs accomplished in just a few clicks.

Everything works pretty well, however sometimes it is a little hard to deposit a check because the computer is taking the photo and it is hard to focus or get close enough for it to accept the check being deposited.

I haven't had any issues with the app. They keep it simple and that's how it should be.

The new changed to the shop are great. I just would have liked a heads up before the changes were made. Definitely an upgrade over the old style.

it's a friendly app to use, you see everything in one glanced. The bank is great and have professional and courteous customer service at all times.

It's truly a vast amount of quick services at your fingertips...and the personnel is just as responsive and professional as welll!...great service all around Great job!

I do wish I could log in with my fingerprint like I can with another mobile banking app. Though not the most sophisticated of tools, this one has come a long way. I expect they will continue to add services that are useful for banking customers.

Everytime I open this app it tells me there is a new version which I am already using and takes me to the playstore(There are no options to ignore this message). I have deleted the app and reinstalled it but it does it every time.

Easy app to use for balance check, transfers and check deposits. They're customer is great to call if you have a problem.

Great way to securely and quickly check balances and transfer funds. As long as you have it set up. Had to go to a local branch at first, but they were really nice. Thanks!

Very helpful. Was recently transplanted to another state and the app along with customer support has made the financial aspect of such a move far less difficult than it could have been.

This app is not doing too well on my Samsung A32. It will not launch unless I restart my phone. Once it launches, it is perfectly fine.

very easy and quick view of your most recent transaction and balance without needing to log in. very friendly app.

Features important to everyday use, including transfers, deposits,etc, ceased working. Upgrade did nothing. Uninstalled and reinstalled, no improvement.

Easy access. Easy on the eyes. Visual graphics, text and colors are nicely displayed.

I like using this app and it's nice that smart financial has a mobile app too. the app works really well and I haven't had any issues with it (so far).

Loved the first app. Now with the new update. I'm having problems opening it up on my phone. But I do love the app. I've been trying to get the new update app on my phone.

Yes, I live in Missouri City, Texas. I do all my business at the branch on hwy 6 and the tollway . Every person there are friendly and polite. The best banking experience I ever had .The manager is the best. Love my bank.Thanks

i like the more options for passwords. i have a complex password with nunbers and i dint have to switch screens as much.

I love the app, I can check balances and transfer funds quick and easily!

Only three tellers and sometimes just two. The wait can be bad at times especially on weekends.

Easy to use. Always current. Makes it sooo much easier to keep up with everything!!!
