Why do I have to log in just to use this app. Whenever I try to log in, it takes forever to just to that. I have to either close the app or restart my phone.

Don't work can't find device wish I would have known I will never buy a fireplace that uses this check first :(
The app installed easily and found my device without any issue. I had to pull my camera back from the page quite a bit to get the QR code to scan, but once it scanned, the rest of the set-up went quickly. I like the look of the interface and so far the fireplace insert is responding to my phone. This is with a Samsung S7 Edge and I installed the app today.
