If you can avoid buying their radiators for their smart capability, do. I spent 5 hours setting up this app, with radiators (costing thousands), pressing the same button over and over on the back of their £150 box. One phone worked immediately, none of my other family android phones did. After sitting pressing the silly little reset button over and over, I eventually resorted to using adb backup/adb restore to move the data over because i just couldn't get the other phones to recognise. Support was non-existant. Unbelievable. How they can market this as simple is beyond me, let alone the price. I'm a developer myself - there's an OSS piece of software out there someone has written that works better than this. Once you're in - it's okay-ish. It's pretty basic. The Alexa integration is flaky.
Very disappointed, this app is very basic. You can set times and temperatures, that's it. It doesn't work with Google Home, you cannot trend temperatures (so unless someone is home 24/7 you cannot accurately trim on offs etc) doesn't display current (or any) outside air temperatures. Basically, not smart.
Great idea in theory.. however, took 4 hours to connect 6 radiators. If you have reasonable size house the radiators will be out of range and impossible to pair. Had to get a longer patch cable to move the hub closer.. once they are in range they paired immediately. App is great but constantly cannot connect to certain radiators.. really frustrating, and for the money... very very poor!
Could be better. A simple timer function would be good. The ability to just turn it on for an hour or something.

I am able to set the temperature for each radiator and also the time it comes on and off. I can also modify the time and temp to boost the room as required. The app works OK but sometimes it will stop communicating and I have to get closer to the hub. I replaced my old storage heaters recently and it will be interesting to see if I am able to reduce my energy and running costs.
