Smart Heating

Works great with my thermostat except for 2 issues... First, on my phone I have the screen elements scaled up to see better, but in this app it pushes the save button down off the bottom of the screen so I can't make changes without reverting to normal view in display settings. Second, I can't change the setting from C to F. The option is there and allows you to change it and think you're saving it, but it never changes. I just keep a cross reference text file for when I need it.

Revised. Initially, app did not allow a password to be entered to sign up. (Dec 2018) Now, that apparently has been rectified and the app is partially usable with the thermostat. I still can not get to the advanced settings as the error "Password Invalid" is always returned. Unable to set up with Alexa so far. Presently is at least usable as WiFi control.

Unreliable. There is no feedback if app. stops, so it is hard to find a reason for this misbehaviour. Example: if the phone is in access point mode, thermostat will not connect to app, and there is no warning for this, or messages suggest something irrelevant. Thermostat manufacturer even hasn't a pdf manual for download. Sometimes thermostat is offline without reason.

I have installed the device and have never been able to connect it to the app due to rubbish android application. Now using it as a wall watch only! Such a shame, completely disrecommend it! Avoid cheap devices = trouble

this App is useless. i have 15 smart devices from different manufacturers working well but not the thermostat from this company. the app cannot find wifi as others have said and the price of thermostat is only worth it if the internet connection is made. There are many less expensive RF thermostats. And then they say to send thermostat all the way back to china?!! Dont bother!

A huge pain to set up and spent many hours on it. Instructions need to be much clearer. Also, no Google Home support. This will be going back. Poor product.

Took ages to work out how to connect to thermostat because to do that it needs extra permissions, after that it works with only "Telephone" on.

wont let me add wifi .have been using this app for a wile but lately all over the place had to reset everthing reinstall app and now wont allow me to confirm wifi password

App shutting down as soon as it starts tried install again just the same has a bug that needs addressing emailed developer no response

I can not signup.Never let me create account.So i can not use my device because of no account.piece of sheet.If you can not provide correct and working software why are selling products using this program.

Has any of your thermostat 28 hours of day cycle instead 24 ? ! Lol! I am looking for my next thermostat cause has given me hard times
