This app is for complaint but after complaint there is no action taken on your complaint. Complaints are closed without contacting the complainant whenever we reopen the complaint is closed automatically without solution. It is waisting of time

I logged a complaint 2 days before but still not any action being taken.
It needs registration which is annoying... If your intention is not mala fide, let the users to take decision about registration after experiencing the user interface.
There is no action taken when register second complaint against street light and road....So this is not effective app.
No action taken even after 3 days just a show app of no use.fake
