Ok... This is bad. There were so many minor bugs in the prev ver. But those were forgetable as I could still check my bill which is what I aim to do by having this app. But in this update version. It's the worst bug ever found for me. I can't even reach to the home screen. I got stuck at the loading screen for freaking 10 minutes (hopefully more) and it finally appeared that it can't connect to the server... At least check and fix.
App's Name does not reflex org. Not practical. App unstable, after android upgrade. Need to reinstall.
The app is unbelievably slow. It took me like a minute or two to open then continued to download again. Once the usage agreement pop up, there was no written message and I couldn't click the agree button. I had to close and reopen the app for like 5 times before I can actually use it. Please improve the app. Everyone uses your app and your organization's services without a choice. You have all resources, money and profit. Please make it better. This is such an embarrassment reflecting your team
The updated version makes the app takes forever to open. It was perfectly fine until they updated
I found it is not working when WiFi is on. Works only on mobile data.
It's okay when it works. However during the covid period It has not been working. A month later and still not working. Obviously no one listening
Im not sure why they send me an advice via the app telling me how much and when they will debit my bank account when two days previously they read the meter and left me a paper bill with a lesser figure. Their advice does not take into account deductions so back to the drawing board MEA.
I used to be able to make payment via credit card. Now the credit card payment option disappeared in the app. Please rectify this issue.
It's been 3 months now I can not use the application.. It was so useful for me to check and pay my bills .. please fix
Banner for water supply request is always showing. Is that necessary? Would anyone wants to request for water supply many times in his life? Just showing once and gone is ok. We are not that forgetful.

great to ckecking bill online and pay more convenienctly. however for android I cannot connect to pay by Internet banking.
Don't get notifications in app when a message is sent regarding bill

the app looks great but keeps rejecting my bangkok bank Mastercard (payment failed...) after entering the authorisstion code sent by the bank 😡😡😡

Credit Card payment is not functioning since March 2020.
Chillpay is not working ! Previously was working fine with Mordern Pay.
A good and helpful app, I would recommend to add a few features to make it even better: (1) Pay outstanding balance for multiple meters with just one transaction. (2) Show consumption history for more than six month (ideally unlimited, since installation or last change of ownership). (3) Provide more statistics on electric usage, i.e. comparison period last year, total for the year, average for the year etc.
