[ Tip ]
- Be careful when deleting unlocked media files. If you do that, you will lost media files. Steps to recover it : Smart Lock Reinstall > Setting > Lock Media Recovery
- If you delete ".SmartLock" folder in SDcard, locked files will be deleted.
- If you choose "Clear data" menu(path : Settings > Applications manager > Smart Lock (Free)), information of locked files will be deleted.
- App which has function like cleaning up storage(ex. Clean Master) might be able to delete locked media, so do not delete any relative files of Smart Lock while cleaning up your smartphone.
- Do not forget to unlock and back up locked medias before upgrading firmware or formatting internal/external SDcard If not, all locked medias might be able to be deleted.
- Before deleting Smart Lock, do not forget to unlock all locked medias and then delete Smart Lock. If not, all locked medias might be able to be deleted.
- Please back up important locked media in extra storage. All locked medias might be able to be deleted in other Apps or outbreak situation.
- App Hide : If "it is not installed application" or is not running in the launcher, because it is checked "App Hide Mode" at Set up. Please use dial #789 in your phone and press call.
- When not execute calling to dial : Run Gallery(Default) on the phone > Select and share photos > Select Smart Lock and lock > call to dial #789
- Settings of app > Recovering media file : it can recover disappeared or invisible locked media files.

I have been using this app, but It suddenly not working great. THe problem that I encountered was the off and on to get the smart activated depending on which I would lock to get locked. I am able to add a check mark to get it locked, but I went off everytime I exit. Do you any solution for this issue? I purchased this app and I isnt worth it buying.
Unable to open after the latest update. It's showing "smart lock has stopped, send feedback". Moreover, while trying everything I could to open it and getting frustrated, I uninstalled and reinstalled it, now I am afraid even with the cured update I won't be able to retrieve my files that I had locked. So sad!!!
I have been using this app since 2012 now i have changed my cellphone to realme xt . In this phone i have used smart lock in parallel space for second account as i needed but it's showing lack that when i perform any task like opening options or hide file etc. It back to jump on starting app (ask password again and again) and doesn't perform required tast. As it is the best app that i have ever used plz fix that issue so i can continue with the app. Thanks
Worst experience ... the app work only for some days and now it is not opening at all .... whenever i opened the app it always shows send feedback or close the app ... now i cant even uninstall the app as it contains my so many pics so that it got deleted from phone itself by uninstalling it ... what can i do now...
After recent update can not play locked videos, also other issues like count sort taking wrong count including already locked files. Existing functionality broken due to this update. Very risky app, you may lost important files.
there is problem with this app i saved my vedios and pics in this app but now when i am trying to open this app... it's showing there is bug , send report and whenever i send. it nothing works out ...i m fed up i don't know what to do...all the stuff i saved in it how to restore ... it's not opening ... even i uninstalled this app and again install still showing same problem...plz sort out this issue ..with this app
Does not work. After update the app will no longer lock and you can not hide anything. Support does not respond to emails. To bad this app use to be really good.
Hey bro. Yesterday while sharing the photos from my gallery to smart lock, i just lost my photos. Now those photos are nor present in my gallery neither in smart lock media. Please help me. Those photos were really important for me. I have checked all possible ways to recover that photos but nothing is working. Regards: KAPIL BHAGWANI
some of my files cannot open.. it says ther is "no app that can open video" even thou i have lots of media player.. pls help
Thank you for those who made this beautiful app possible, I have been using this app since 2013 . When ever I store photos in side and delete the app incase I download again I normally recover my photos as they were be4. Thank u once again .
sir some of my photos has automatically deleted from the App.. i have already run recover data function after re-installation the app. but i could not recover my lost photos.
I added my video in the app and tried to open it,was unable to open it and when I unlocked the videos all of them got deleted from my gallery and the app.Really disappointed
How to hide screen icon of smart lock app???? In new version I am facing this problem please solve this problem.... I have Lenovo k6 power with lollipop Android.... In previous versionS I am satisfied with hide icon (#000) but this time I don't know how to hide so tell me step by step please
This used to be great app back in 2015. But since the latest update the app keeps on stop working and cannot hide icon or lock apps. Sad that this app has fallen this way
Lock has issue as battery drains open and just recharge. Finger print can fail directions required can fail but maybe rotate fingers larger impressions.
I have purchased the paid version of smart lock cash is deducted from my account but i was not able to download the premium version.after the payment was done an error message poped up saying there was an error encountered.how can i get the paid version now.
My files are neither opening nor getting unlocked and showing that there is no video app though i have so many apps in my system.
The app works very lovely protecting my apps..But I wish I dnt have to keep ticking for it to be active..I activated the time mon to Saturday but still it doesn't take that time locked..I have to keep updating for it to lock

Can i recover photos from this app. I broke my phone . And had so many pictures in this app. Installed it again but no picture is showing although i am using same google account.
Use to work great could do everything that i wanted but now it wont load my video preview in app, or watch them, so i cant see what they are :( please fix!
Installed it. Crashed during setup and every time I started and tried to use it after that. Instructions are written in pidgen English.
Good App. But in the latest version don't have option hide from menu. Please upgrade the app with the old option.
Hello I keep trying to lock my apps and it's not allowing me when I click on apps lock it never lock the apps can yall please fix this app cause its not working can't find a good smart lock at that works

After update videos are not open in smart lock it says that you have not any video player...but before update I shall play all videos in smart lock during lock.....plz make update it quickly
Initially, The app was super fine and works excellent.. But recently it started asking to grant permission to access the phone contacts.. Why would it require access to my contacts. As per my understanding, permission for storage access is what it requires. How do i bypass it without allowing permission to my contacts. ..
