Very much lithargic,wants to give excuses ,such as COVID,man power less, insufficient funds,officer tells apply in this way and so on. It's all useless administration.
It keeps crashing. Please rectify.

Good, need to make it more personalized. Add to save index number for water tax and property tax. Once you save your credentials it will be easy to fetch bill data. Think of sending emails/sms when you raise bill. This will save our time and will be able to pay on time. Think of linking with Bharat Bill Pay option.
App is good, but NMC officials don't take complaint seriously.. its my 3rd request to them for treeming of branches, but ZERO support from them
There are more issues in app UI. Not much user-friendly application. Simple simple mistakes are available in the application. And if you want only launch any url to Chrome from app then this will better if you use website instead of application.
AFTER USING THE 100 MBPS SPEED, THE APP STILL HANGS

I have been using tthis app since more than 2years. It is very user friendly and useful for escalation. I use this app to raise the issues to the specific department and honestly speaking it gets resolve on the very next day after raising the complaint. The NMC workers and officers are very courteous, understanding and prompt. Nashik is a clean city only because of NMC workers ,officers and their continuous efforts. Keep up this good work. Thanks
The app asks permissions to access the camera and voice recorder, to manage the phone calls etc, to your photos. After all this does not connect at all. What is the purpose of making this app?
No ratings but no option is available to rate ZERO. Tried to open app it says "we are sorry, but something went wrong. Please restart the app and try once again" ..... Tried this n number of times but of no use just spending our valuable time in non efficient application in hope that it will run some how... Instead of using this app would recommend to register your complaints at CMO or PMO...
Great app connects directly to the concerned department and prompt action initiated by them. Happy to see transparent and accountable working. App does not auto update
App doesn't work, clicking any menu items show "Something went wrong. Please try again later or restart the app". The app is completely unusable
Worst Experience !! The app is not moving forward from the welcome screen and the websitr is also not working properly to register complaint. Seems like its purposely broken !!
Reluctantly have given a single star not only for the app not responding to the registration but after complaining the same nobody bothers to acknowledge it..most probably the NMC authorities have given up this task too which was more convenient and comfortable for pestering the services to them.
Worst app ever.. whenever I try to post any greivance they aren't getting registered.. I tried it several times but the same issue happens again and again... literally hate this app.
Not able to find property tax even after inputing correct index number. Also no provision for complaints regarding property tax.
kindly add OTHERS option in Complaint list tht will help if any one want to register his complaint related with NMC but not in list given in app. bcaz many issues related with NMC not covered in given list. Many times registered complaints are closed without solution. we will action in future & they closed the complaint . Need proper monitering on this for getting Timely solution.
I was surprised when i received an email to my complain stating that my complain letter was not having my signature. Following is the copy Dear Darayus Nasik, Your Application Number:GARD851074 to the service Trimming Of Branches - Permission is rejected. Your application rejection reason is following: application not attached with applicants signature Please contact respective Department. Thank you
When i have installed this app..i have doubt about its efficiency..with this app i am quite satisfied.. All the grivences, i hv registered with this app were sorted efficiently n successfully..keep it up the spirit of good governance..

not working properly. need to remove bugs from app. I have registered grievance from app but not showing in history.
in last two years first time this app is not working it's always a best option to give complaint direct responsible department but now I think purposely it's collapse by some....
The User Interface of the app can be improved.But once I gave the complaint for the pipe leakage and the engineer came to the place and fixed the problem.Hence the purpose was solved.Thanks
