Smart Panel App

Update. I've had to fully remove the app. It's unfortunate as I've been using this for over 2 years and it is a great benefit. It's sad they just keep saying it's a known issue but haven't fixed it in months. I'm getting a connection is not secure issue when I use my browser. It also messed up my Bluetooth. Once uninstalled it goes away and returns each time I reinstall the app. I've been using this for over 2 years with no issues. Please fix ASAP.

I have had my share of issues with this app,but it has always been my fault when it crashes. I made sure to save the instructions they quickly send me on how to reinstall without jeopardizing my standing. What I suggest is that you try not to shut down your phone too often and keep it active/with minutes. I also love the paid surveys too. They always pay me;although it takes awhile where I may have forgotten about the reward;they don’t.

This "Smart App" isn't. Ever since I have loaded the app I have repeatedly been having slowdowns, lockups and the firewall it insisted on installing keeps causing issues when connecting to the internet. I am in the exact same places connecting to my home Wi-Fi as before, but keep getting messages about how I am no longer connected to the internet. Other times I can't stream video. If the app wants correct data on my phone use, it should not be interfering so much. I am about to remove it.

This has been a great way to earn passive income over the past 4 years. I hate to see the app going away, hopefully a new program can be created to generate passive income while sharing non identifiable data for metric purposes. I hate to see the app go away, but have enjoyed the perks of cash money into my PayPal monthly. I knew something was wrong because I haven't been able to collect $$ for 3 months, leaving me with $15 uncollected as the program ends. Kinda crazy to end like that. Oh well.

This app has been great for awhile, but recently it is causing a lot of problems. I have it running on both my phone and my laptop and I am having problems with both that is interfering with things I use all the time. On my laptop, certain website won't load and it messes up printing things. On my phone it messes with SnapChat, it prevents me from sending and receiving snaps, and most recently pics and video show they have already been opened after I receive the snap so I can view them.

This is an excellent app however recent issues. I'm constantly having to reinstall the app because the VPN doesn't work properly. You can view the VPN icon however when you open the app to sync, the VPN disappers from the top notification bar. It's become a daily install reinstall effort. I've allowed all access. I have a 9 version Android. My system is up to date as are my apps. There's a seems to be a bug in the app.

UPDATE 11/2020 Still happening crashes constantly & does not stay connected to the VPN. Disappointing. 9/2020: I am disappointed. The App keeps crashing and I have had to reinstall several times. What's going on? Help Early 2020 This app is great, I have received many payouts. It runs in the background and is not disruptive. Easy way to make a few bucks!! Thanks Smart Panel. 2018: Works good, have been paid out 2x so far $20 or more. Good response time when asking questions.

I've had the app for over a year. The money is good, so it's not a scam. Best to have it linked directly to a phone so it's easier to manage. I gave it four stars, my only complaint is that it seemingly interrupts my internet connection and i have to disconnect the app. That fixes it. and the app reconnects itself. Trivial, but still agitating.

Its ok. I use it to help fund another stream of passive income but the app is beyond infuriating most of the time. Most of my apps will run ungodly slow or not at all due to the VPN. Most of the time I keep the app uninstalled until i get the reminder to sync email. With how much this app slows my phone/limits usage, it is the first one on the chopping block at all times.

Literally, have loveddd this app... Until now. Nothing but issues. Says my phone is connected, can see the key up too but when I click sync data I get a server error that tells me to check my internet connection... Yet everything else is working great. Plus, I find it VERY strange that if you click the developer name in play store nothing comes up... Not even the app I currently have installed. Did they just under and not tell anyone or what? Hope they didn't take out data with them.

The amount of times I have to refresh my browser cause of internet issues with the VPN doesn't make it worth it. Not to mention I don't use my PC anymore and there is no easy way to disconnect devices you don't use. If all your devices aren't connected, you don't get paid. You're better off picking change up off the street for extra money than deal with this hot mess.

Been using it 2 years now and no issues, but all of a sudden I keep getting hit with "Your Connection Is Not Fully Secure" when I try to web browse on my phone..this issue is resolved when I uninstall the Smart App, but continues again immediately after I reinstall and grant it permissions. Something's going on on their end that's preventing me from browsing the web because my security is at risk. 2 years no problems on this device until recently. No longer feel safe using this app.

i like this a lot. my only complaints are 1) i dont use my laptop daily. And if you need a new charging cord and it takes a week? Boom, you're reset.Need longer grace period. 2) the ap on my laptop opens an unresizable and immovable popup thst covers my lower right scroll bar, always on top, and it often freezes, making me reboot to get rid of it. If it did not open on top, or was smaller and movable, it would improve the experience 2000% 5 stars for free money, 2 stars for interface.

When I allow the Smart App VPN, it blocks me from being able to use wifi on my phone. I have to reset network settings on my phone (which disconnects the VPN) for wifi to work again. And also experiencing the same rewards issues as others. When I try to redeem rewards it says the codes they just sent are "invalid." I've sought help through emails to their "support" team, but never any response. Makes you wonder who these people are and what they're really doing with the data they're collecting.

I've participated for YEARS and its been great up until recently, I have had issues with my phone staying connected to the services. So for the past 45 days, I have not been rewarded because I had no clue (usually get an email when one of my devices isn't syncing). Tech needs to get this app working correctly again.

Have this app for four years, pays on time. Still pays on time! Since 8/2020, I have had issues with iPhone app crashing at least once a week. It started when I was in an area with no Internet & was using it as a hot spot, but when I got back home, it crashed again.

App wont connect to their servers anymore. Also when vpn is connected there is no internet connection. It used to be great, had it for more than a year and worked well until this last last two months. Had to keep stopping the app just to get internet access. And then finally it just stopped syncing to their servers altogether with errors.

Used to be better but no matter how much I clear out on my phone, it says there's insufficient disk space? I feel like 3GB+ available should be enough for data syncing since it's not extra data being downloaded. Edit: I got a new phone so the sync issue is gone, but now I need a vpn to be allowed that I didn't before - or was it always a thing that just wasn't visible in the S4?

I am now updating my original review. After five days of attempting to "Redeem Rewards", I decided to uninstall and reinstall the app without any suggestions or help from Customer Support on how to fix the problem. I did this and "Bam". When I didn't receive a Verification Code via Text Message, the Voice Call Button became highlighted and I used that to get a Code in less than 10 seconds. I haven't accumulated the Total I had before, but we will see if the problems are fixed or continue.

I had $15 to cash out. Which I've been trying for over a week. Sent messages (no reply).. This WAS one of the BEST to pay out and you could rely on issues to be taken care of immediately. Now every number they give is invalid. And my account went from $15 to zero- NO rewards at this time, yet I wasn't able to get them to transfer to PayPal or Amazon. They didn't expire- because they were from this month. I have Uninstalled the app, but will re install when and only IF I am paid

The app works and pays as promised. It runs in the backround and i never remember its installed until I get an email every month telling me to claim my reward. I only had one issue with accidentally adding a new device instead of replacing it but one quick email to the developer and the next day they emailed me back telling me they removed my old device for me. Amazing customer service and an amazing app!

Too much frustration having to install and uninstall app for it to work. Had no issues first few months. Last month didn't even get paid. The app shows its running all day. I have to manually sync it. Contacted customer service and no results. Really would like to get paid for last month.

Don't leave many reviews but this app comes in clutch, I always recommend it to my friends whenever they're looking for a few extra dollars a month. Support is very helpful when it comes to issues or questions and within a max of a week. Only issue is sometimes it doesn't stay connected and I have to reopen the app after about 1 week, missed out on maybe $30 because of that however it still gives $ in the background.

I like the app. But I am getting notifications not all my devices are connected. I sinc data. I go to the website and I see NOT EARNING REWARDS on 2 of 3 mobile devices. It doesn't indicate which 2 devices just VPN Reconnect. All 3 mobile devices say Smartphone Samsung. I check each mobile device and they all say This device is connected and contributing to the the Smart App.

Used to be a good app. Never had any problems. Ever since I tried to change my email as instructed they told me I have multiple accounts. I have used the same email for years with out any problems. I can't even try to get the password for the other email they said I used to register. Someone else who stole my information obviously tried to set up a second account with out my knowledge. Now I can not collect my money and can't register again. Will be deleting the app from all my devices.

Was really happy with the app and whole system until I no longer had access to the email account that I had initially used to sign up. There is no way to get your rewards if you don't have access to the email address associated with your account, and there is no way to update your email address at the moment. edit: after posting this I was contacted and my issue was resolved

I absolutely love this app. Knowing the info I share is able to help others means alot to me. I've been a member for a few years now. Last week I started having problems with the app. I can't login & can't access the web site. I sent 2 emails with screen shots, described the problem & asked for help. I still haven't gotten a reply. I'll gladly change to a 5 star rating as soon as my problems have been resolved.
