Smart Parking
Using a simple red, amber and, green markers on the live app map, the Smart Parking app provides accurate information about where you are most likely able to find an available parking space. The Smart Parking app reads your smartphone GPS based location then directs you to your chosen parking space location.
WHAT CAN IT DO?
Each parking area marker on the map displays a colour and the number of available parking spaces. Simply tapping a map marker will reveal details of the parking spaces in that particular area. This will show you details about the parking spaces such as the hours of operation, tariffs, and other features.
You can find parking spaces either by entering an address or using your current location. You can also see alternative parking places near your preferred destination. You can also get directions to your selected parking location by clicking the directions option which connects the Smart Parking app to the turn-by-turn application that you already have available on your smartphone.

I would rate 0 if I could... This app is useless, I was parking in the UK and all the boards was showing me to download this app to pay by mobile as we did not have any coins and it doesn't work all the address was coming out was in the USA... We couldn't find our car park... So I looked at the reviews and ended up downloading ringgo and it works guys. This app is a waste of time...
Whoever designed this app needs a bullet in the head. Whoever approved it needs two. Without a doubt the most pointless, useless app on the planet. It can't even accurately tell you where its own parking sites are. If you have this delete it and get RingGo - its a much better app that works on many Smart Parking sites.
signage is not clear at all. you would think you have to download the smart parking app which has you located in the USA. you have to actually down load. "PHONE AND PAY APP". I paid for my parking after I left as you cannot pay by card and phone died trying to figure out the smart parking app. this company is very devious. I'm waiting for them to send me a ticket. why is this app even available. robbing crooks
If you're in the UK take a very close look at the sign in your car park... That's right in the rain and cold I tried this app then spotted the fine print on the sign. You need to install RingGo app instead. Were there any RingGo logos on the sign? No! Were there smart park logos on the sign? Yep! Confusing much! Sort out your signage smart park!
Absolutely awful. Had no change on me, Sunday the 6th of September 2020 in Brean. Attempted to use this app to pay for parking, but was told the closest available parking to me was in Cardiff! Complete failure and waste of 20 minutes.
Downloaded to use when in work but there are no indicators showing, so I can select the car park. I know where one is, but that's not coming up either. Uninstalled!
Not showing any parking operated by Smart parking. It is only a map and nothing more. Why you keep this app in store anymore??
useless, won't let park in the UK, when I called the phone number on the sign takes you through to Ringo, tried the parking code on the Ringo app and it let me park. what's the point of this app and signage? just to confuse people, luckily I had Ringo already set up on my phone
Terrible App thinks I'm in America. Use the map to find me but doesn't show the car park I'm standing in and can't find the car park using the code. Better services offered by competition
Useless. Car park was even there. I don't carry cash so I have to move my car else where even if I was only going to be 10 minutes because I had the fear that I would get a £100 for something that was out of my control. Would rate 0 if it was possible
Doesn't work. When you finally get a map up there is no parking shown even when you use the parking reference in the car park, or the city. Suprised it's been adopted by the council when it fundamentally does not work Rubbish!
Its impreasive how unusable this app is. as others have mentioned it seems to think youre in new zealand when youre in the uk. it also doesnt seem to be aware of its own car parks once you get to where you actually are parked.
This is a truly appalling app, it cant even locate which country you are in, after being told exactly where you are.Uninstalled almost immediately, Google should remove this junk.1 star is being very generous,total waste of time.
This app is terrible. Deletes payment details, logs you out, not user friendly. Literally the worst app it have on my phone but I'm forced to use it to go to the gym. Sort it out.
the app thought I was in Wellington instead of adelaide. not 100% sure what other benefit it provides, if you can't pay for the park via the app.
Absolute rubbish Entered the code of the car park I was in and it came up with somewhere in the US, not England.
Usless, when you search for parking is just shows you where you are, no options for any parking come up at all

Useless. Wholly inoperative. Don't bother thinking it might just work enough to get your parking paid.
Awful. Worse than awful. Took an eternity to download. User interface is dreadful. Entered the car park ref and the app listed one car park, on the other side of the Atlantic. Had no loose change. The only option left to find a different car park.
