The app usually works but is slow to respond, is usually not up to date, crashes a lot and now wont log in and just goes round and round in circles as you try to log in and then it just takes you back to the log in screen. It has great potential but needs some serious investment to fix all the bugs and log in problems that keep occuring.
[response to developer] I'm using 3.0.5. No other updates available. Still just a sign in button that does nothing when pressed... I'll do your testing for your. If the Android default browser is set to DuckDuckGo, your app doesn't not work.
The fingerprints reader is intermittent, sometimes it disappears before I can use it and lately it hasn't even been an option. I don't want to type in my login details every time, it would be very helpful if you could please fix it.
There's clearly a problem with the 'enhanced security' they've just updated. It's so enhanced not even the account owner can get in to it! Same problem as the other reviews, it will not let me login. Just asks for fingerprint repeatedly and will not go any further
Awful company. Took over 25 emails just to get my company pension details. My company has been paying into it for 3 months, and there still no processed it. Won't answer emails, as apparently not secure. You have to phone them. No paperwork, or policy details, apart from on the app. So if I die, no-one would have access to the account. Just a terrible company to deal with. Meanwhile, money is going in, presumably lost forever now.
No way to open the app . Both pin nd fingerprint security doesn't seem to work. It keeps asking to use the pin or fingerprint over and over and over again and will not let me into my account. A little bit useless to say the least
The support is useless, won't answer my questions & keep sending me junk when trying to ask why my funds are being held back, the app won't allow me to delete or go back to the start of the conversation, keeps freezing when trying to login.
Like many other people I've been stuck in a log in a constant login loop for weeks. There only to actually see what's going on is to log in via the website. Total waste of time - useless
Can't sign in with fingerprint!!! Had to uninstall app and then reinstall. Didn't set up biometrics this time and can now log in. Hope this helps other people having the same problems with not being able to sign in with fingerprint
Shocking, it clearly needs an update to fix all the bugs, can't log in either with a pass code or a finger print.
Not able to sign in I press on the button that says sign in and nothing happens. I have even deleted the app and reinstalled and still nothing
All log in issues sorted. Perfectly working now. Great job with troubleshooting and debugging. Very handy app. Thumbs up and recommended.
The Smart App (like all things Smart related - pension costs, back office support etc) is rubbish. Constantly locks up. Sign up authentication loops.
Can't get into the app keeps asking for fingerprint recognition and then not working even when using pin number not working this needs to be sorted ASAP as this is the only way to keep an eye on your work place pension
App used to work fine but for over a week now it asks for finger print and then pin and still doesn't log you in...not great for managing a pension ! Really bad app
Habe to log in every time I use it, which I shouldn't since I checked the "Remember me" box. No more useful than the website, and really all you'll find out is that you're not making that much off your investments.
Can set up but after that just repeating input your fingerprint over and over looks like everyone having same problem but no response or help
absolute rubbish. doesnt display properly, sign in page takes you round and round in circles.

I think you have any problems with the app I can not sign in . Everytime the app send me to the web page

Couldn't even log in. 'account name found at the top of all emails we send you' is a load of rubbish, it wouldn't accept my name, the company i work for, or my customer number.
Can't get into the app anymore, it keeps asking for the fingerprint even after putting in the fingerprint. Haven't been able to access the app for a while now. Really confusing and outdated UI. They have brought out a UI fix update which is a step to the right direction but it needs alot of work. I don't even know anything about my investments. And everything is cluttered even though they have the space. Some of the areas of the app you cant even get into.
