The item descriptions are not always clear, and they do not show exactly what the package you will receive looks like, which caused me to buy items I would not have otherwise at the price. Moreover, the prices fluctuate quite frequently, even within the same day, and multiple items that may be available will be out of stock when you try to checkout. I find it to be quite a frustrating shopping experience, and would rather rely on local grocery stores or Costco for bulk items.
I think it's ridiculous that they charge you $50.00 for delivery no matter where your business is located. My business is literally 8 minutes away from the restaurant depot and they still charge me $50.00 to deliver products doesn't matter if it's one item or 200. So instead I went to restaurant depot and got a membership and just will start picking and packing items directly from the store to my store.
Such a terrible service. The app works fine, but the delivery aspect is an utter disaster. Orders are just suggestions, after dozens of orders, I did not receive a single complete order. They are not willing to work with businesses for delivery time or schedules. They constantly try to make deliveries 2-3 hours after we close up shop. This plays credence to the saying, if you want something done right, do it yourself.
Prices are estimates only and change frequently. It was too late for me to cancel when I saw the price of my product increased by more than 25%. Okay app if you can find what you need and want little contact upon drive up consumer pick up, but not worth the price fluctuations. Delivery people were friendly.
Great customer service. Continuing to improve and expand products, esp consumer sizes. Shop for groceries at your leisure and customize until midnight the night before pick-up. Set pick-up times/dates vs delivery. Extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend
My experience has been horrible. Where do I start. Never have i gotten an order perfect, always something wrong. Either old product or going out in 5 days or not shipping it at all. Then i complained and requested them be more aware of dates. I even recommend my brothers business. I tried bring loyal but they make it hard. And now today I ordered and again wrong and they will not fix it. All they do is say sorry and refund that item.How does that help me when I need the product not the money bak
The app is amazing. Pricing is great. Plus the fact that they open their wholesale distribution to consumers given the health emergency situation with the coronavirus is really a great help. It gives the consumers another option where they can get supplies and get stocked up. Kudos to the entire team especially the front liners in the warehouse. ❤️❤️❤️

Just wanted to price check and didn't like having to install app to do that then keep getting phone calls. Plus I was interested in disposables and many items out of stock. Will stick with Costco.
If you don't buy anything they will call you. If you ask them not to call they will send you texts instead. The "deals" are not significantly better than what you would get when buying in bulk from a grocery store anyway. All in all a very spammy experience with little upside.
During this time of lockdown, Cheetah came through for me. I felt very safe when I would have the items deposited into my vehicle. And their customer service is absolutely great!

Took forever to get the 4 digit code to log in. Deleted the app, then the code came in. Tried to re-install and input code but wouldn't work. Uninstalled. Fix the lag time on the code message.

If you download this app and subseqently delete it when you realize how absurd the pricing is they WILL spam you with calls from a myriad of numbers. I have blocked a new number from them everyday for weeks. Terrible.

This company is bad. If you don't want to use their service. They will call and harras you. They call you back even if you hang up the phone and tell them to stop.

The app is a bit quirky as it seems designed for restaurants, not consumers, and the product selection is a mix of restaurant supply and home use, but the prices are great, quality is good, the search feature works well and the customer service is way better than I'm used to. It reminds me of stories my grandparents told me about the professional salesmen of their era. Every single page has a "Can't find what you're looking for?" button, and they are on top of that, usually responding to requests while I'm still browsing.
